Extra leg room was nice. The wheelchair situation getting off the plane was a disaster. No wheelchairs or porters were waiting for customers to be picked up when the plane arrive pretty much on time. After about 45 minutes of waiting on the chair service I just walked myself to the luggage claim. Aren't they supposed to know when the planes are going to arrive and land? It was messed up from thr time we landed. No wheelchairs and no porters. Finally After an hour of waiting for them to arrive I walked to the Baggage claim myself. Not a good way to return home from a great Hawaiian vacation.

The crew was quick and efficient. The flight was uneventful and arrived slightly early.

No food or entertainment because it was a short flight. Unfortunately the takeoff was delayed more than an hour

The flight left and arrived on time. the only food offered on the 5+ hour flight was a cheese sandwich. Unlike Alaska Airlines there was no information on the website regarding food at all or any option to purchasse in advance. Otherwise, it was an excellent flight.

First flight got cancelled. Got booked for another flight departing 3.5 hours later which ended up being 1hr delayed... The flight was good when we finally ended up flying.
