Pros:Everything was super easy and seamless.
Cons:The only thing that could have been better was with pick up the person in the parking ramp pointed us in the direction of the type of car we rented, but didn't explain the we were to pick which one we wanted and then drive out to the exit. We were confused until we watched another family hope in a car and drive away.
Pros:Friendly and helpful staff on arrival.
Cons:The app needs help. With help of a staff member, we had to go through the website to get to my info because the app did not find it. Otherwise, I liked picking out my own car and drop off was very easy!

Pros:STaff was fine; no people issues.
Cons:First care -- Toyota corrolla needed to go back because check engine light came on . Second car was a ?? Mitsubishi that had a very distinct engine miss around 40 mph. This was a car with 3,000 miles on it.
Cons:Drop off and pick location is only at terminal A and my flights were from terminal B. Was not convienient to change terminals with a lot of luggages.

Cons:Pick up poor. Couldnt skip the line though I pre registered, had the app, etc. agent wanted to charge me $480 when my agreement said §350. Gate departure took a long time. Everything got resolved but took a long time and was frustrating. Desk agent very friendly and helpful

We had a 73 day rental. We had to go to the airport twice for 30 day checks. It was a nuisance as the car wasn't even checked. Could this be looked into please? Over 73 days our milage was around 1,500 so not over used.
Pros:The hours weren't correct on their website!
