Bring your own snacks because they will not feed you any kind of a big meal and it’s five hours. It’s a long time to wait without food. You do get a pretzel bag and a cookie and two drinks but that’s not enough.

Great! The check-in was easy, and the workers were nice and helpful. The inflight movies were easy to access, and we had a good time. The only scary part was the landing. We touched down hard instead of gently like other flights I have been on.

Great! The check-in was easy, and the workers were nice and helpful. The inflight movies were easy to access, and we had a good time. The only scary part was the landing. We touched down hard instead of gently like other flights I have been on.

First class stewards have an ego problem and treat travelers unkind! Will never use your airlines again…

The ground crew stocking the plane should have put some water on the plane at the very least. The cabin crew made no attempt to remediate the freezing interior for 5 hours. They had the temerity to tell passengers that they( the crew) liked the coldness of the 5 hour flight.

The crew was great! The flight was hot because they flew the trip with one pack as the other was on MEL. So the plane was hot at the gate, hot in flight, and delayed an hour. Totally not their fault. Things happen and parts break. The crew tried to make the best of it and I appreciated their effort. Because they had to fly at a much lower altitude because of the broken pack, their was more turbulence. Again not anything they could really do about that. All in all the flight was good and I like Alaska Airlines. I prefer them over many other carriers. They could of cancelled that flight, but they didn't. They added more fuel, flew at a lower altitude but we all made it there safely.

Wasn’t crazy about the long walk out to the plane and having to show our boarding pass twice. Everything else was just fine!

First class food and service was excellent. When I booked the ticket my outbound was automatically upgraded to a non bulkhead aisle seat which was much appreciated. However, my return was not. By the time I upgraded only windows on the bulkhead were remaining. It would have been nice if my seat was automatically upgraded within the appropriate advance time window so I didn't have to worry about it. (Not a big deal)

more time in layover in seattle because security for passport is a very long line

It was a typical flight with Alaska Airlines. On time, great crew. They no longer provide food or entertainment, but I don't think any of the airlines do. It was a bit of a rough landing... hard enough to make my back hurt and a couple of little screams from the passengers. But we landed safely so no harm. I will definitely use Alaska Airlines again.

Changed gate but didn’t announce & boards had wrong information. Nearly missed flight as a result. Very unnerving!

I was a little hesitant at first because I never flew on Alaska Airlines before. However at the time of me booking; this airline was one of few that were affordable & had a much needed direct flight option. I was more relieved when I got to the airport & saw that my local relatives chose the same flights. Also, on the flight to Seattle I chatted with a gentleman who flies more frequently than I do & gave Alaska Airlines a higher rating over competing airlines.

Delta flight was great from the check in all the way to arrival. However, I had a very bad experience. I requested a wheelchair and the wheelchair employee that went to pick me up from the plane in Boston to bring me to the baggage claims told me I have to pay him. I was under the impression that it was a free service and I usually give tips but the person forced me to pay and since I said no because I was upset with his demand when my daughter walked in to pick me up he demanded payment from my daughter who paid him thinking maybe now it is a charged service.

It was NOT pleasant. Started from checking our luggage to the last time getting off the plane. The crew was not friendly, the food was horrible and the seats were too close to each other that I got a bruise on my knee.

Late departure due to large number of wheel chair patrons. Used to having a box of snacks to select from in comfort plus. The flight attendant just rattled off what was available and asked us to pick. Felt rushed and uncomfortable. Seat was great. Prefer having the screen on the seat in front of me instead of having to pull it up from the seat side. Lots of room for my carryon under the seat in front of me.

The flight was canceled two hours before departure, it took over five hours to rebook us on another flight.

Really bad baggage handling. Had my Rimowa bag badly damaged at the latches.

Paid premium for Delta only to be on safe but tired old 767 with ancient cabin in mediocre condition. Poor wifi and horrible inflight entertainment. Hardly a premium experience. Should have flown SW and had fun flight crew and no pretense

The plane from SNA wouldn’t start after 5 tries. The team gave me an option of flying direct from LAX and giving me a Lyft ride there! Perfect!

Had a broken tray in business class. Crew just shrugged it off.

Everything was great except for the seat. The backrest would not stay in the upright position.

I didn’t not like that I could not select my seat and ended up with the worse seat.

Jet Blue lost my bags after charging me to connect with HAL.

Almost everything was perfecto expect for entertainment. There are not a many options.

The screen where I sat was not working and charger also poorly. Can’t enjoy entertainments and space of seat was narrow.

The Hawaiian airlines checkin desk was too small for the number of checkins. The seat on the plane was right next to the jet engine and it was very loud. It was probably 90 decibels or more loud. They should offer protective ear muffs for those seats. Seriosly. It was LOUD. The boarding of passengers should begin with those at the back of the aircraft, not the front of the aircraft to avoid having to wade through people who are still putting their stuff in the overhead bins on the way back to the back of the plane.

Best airline experience. All staff members had a positive and pleasant attitude. Truly makes you feel like you land in Aloha vib once you step on the plane.

The worst travel experience I have ever had. There were several flight delays and no staff member seemed to be any help. I was traveling for my wedding and almost didn’t make it to the destination. Even after I shared this with that staff they did not care to try and help on offer options, recommendations, or support. It was simply not their problem. I also ask if I could hang my wedding dress but was told that there was no where to do that. My wedding dress had to be shoved under a seat. As I was exiting the plane I did see a closet another guest was grabbing their hanging items from and mine could have also fit. Overall this was a horrible experience full of stress and unknowns.

Flight was delayed 4 hours likely due to staffing issues. Otherwise smooth flight.

They serve food for free from SLC! Can’t beat that! Entertainment was okay but most of the flight was for sleeping anyway.

They should have offered the headsets for sale so we could watch the entertainment. Our earbuds did not work. I thought they just did not have them. But then I called Hawaiian after and found out they were available for purchase

Loved free internet connectivity for email, text and web browsing. Entertainment setup was not intuitive and I didn’t bother trying to figure it out. Left on time and arrived on time. Plane was fine.extra legroom seat was a plus but seat cushiness was lacking

I was pleased and I had a very good experience. The staff was friendly and attentive.

Your seats in the last 5 rows are terrible. My knees were jammed into the seat in front of me and the lady sitting there decided to recline it. Jammed my knees bad. I don’t know if I’ll fly United again.

The flight from Cleveland to Newark was great. The connecting flight wasn’t so good.

This was a short flight with no food. The attendants were great but the comfort was poor: just to cramped. The flight from Denver to Frankfort was excellent! Seating was roomier, food was good, service was good. This was a great experience.

Delayed over an hour due to paperwork not being filed correctly. Forced to change planes.

I still prefer Delta, but Delta doesn’t fly to State College PA.

The seats on the aircraft are like sitting in a rock. During the boarding process they recognize Active Duty Military, why don’t they recognize Retired Military. I’ve always preferred Delta, this flight confirmed why I still prefer Delta.

The flight attendant was very kind and offered my son a snack for free.

Flight was quite late as there was no pilot Crew is usually excellent, this flight not as good as usual there were more mistakes, slower and less friendly service But honestly the aircraft was too cramped and uncomfortable for a 4 hour flying get so, do to the aircraft liability the very best you could ever do is mediocre.

To san Francisco it was ok. From sf to Manila it was horrible

For coast to coast travel the A321 and even the NEO, even in first class will never be excellent. That would take a B787 or 777 to accomplish.

No choice of meal in first class. Was the worst meal I’ve ever had in first class.

Experience was fine. Seats were cramped, and we had to wait for repairs before we could take of. Even though the door remained open, we were warned that leaving the plane could cause difficulty trying to fly out later. Staff was pleasant, and climate control was fortunately working. We had trouble at the DFW terminal, but I don't think that was AA's fault.

No complaints. Good WiFi, great crew and excellent speedy baggage claim

Excellent accommodating crew at gate and on board. Baggage claim and gate checking were flawless.

temp inside the plane was very hot and could not be adjusted.

The flight crew was fantastic! Which the seats had a small TV.

VERY disappointed at the agent checking in my luggage. I know that the weight limit is 23 kg, a little over 50 pounds (50.71 pounds). Yet the agent kept repeating "50 pounds". So I said, the limit is 23 kg, and she had the audacity to say 'no, it is 22 kg!" Imagine my surprise. Was she ignorant or was she poorly trained? Not sure. The boarding process was pretty good. The speakers were loud enough so I still could hear them despite inconsiderate passengers continuing to speak while the announcements were going on. During the flight, the teenage girl sitting behind me kept pressing her feet to the back of my chair. I turned around several times, yet she did not get the hint. I did not make a fuss since I sense I had a bad streak that night with AA, so I just did the best I can to lean forward and not let that bother me.

There were several different delays but we ended up being delayed a total of 40 mins or so. It was annoying we had a gate change which made it take longer to leave DFW, and we had to check our carry on. Ugh

The foot ottoman cushion was missing on my business class seat.. the hydraulics is on its last leg & seat cushions do not have support or paddling. Heavily dented by butts
