Seats in coach aren't padded enough for a 6 hour flight
Gossipy flight attendants talked the whole flight about bar hopping and dating.
Let me start by saying our connecting flight was cancelled for a maintenance issue but American airlines blamed it on the weather. When rebooking my flight the lady said it was because of maintenance. Our incoming flight wasn't delayed at that time. So we could fly into bad weather but not fly out of bad weather??? Doesn't seem realistic to me. Then our incoming flight was delayed 3 different times. No meal vouchers for lunch or dinner. Just to be on the hottest plane I have ever been on and they didn't serve water or snacks. Never again! Take this warning do not fly AA ever. There are over 3,000 people at the Miami airport due to 27 cancellations. The flight attendants and pilots should be fired.
Boarding time was easy & quick. Crew was excellent. In-flight entertainment was great/easy. Seats are too small and not enough room between rows: felt like a sardine/very cramped.

Very disappointed with the crew and the lack of attention given to the passengers. On a 5 hour flight they never offered a snack. One time offered a beverage and didn’t pick up the used cups until the flight was on final approach. The two flight attendants in our section mentioned that they were best friends and compared their pre flight shoes. When paying for first/business class there is a level of service that should be expected. These two spent the majority of the flight in their seats playing on their phones and laughing with each other. Very frustrating!!!

Horrible flight attendant in back of economy that screamed at me, have already reported to United. Horrible food - for Gluten free, why would you assume the person is vegetarian? I was served some kind of horrible curry bean paste and multiple cold rolls and soggy vegetables with no seasoning... um no!
Good with last minute upgrade Clt to Munich comfortable. Wish same offer had been there Mumbai to Munich

Seats on the A320 were more comfortable than the A330 I took from RSW to Frankfurt
They left us in the bus for 10 minutes in front of the aircraft, without an open door or window: people started to get sicuramente from the geat. The seats are so close to the seat in front that my knees were jammed into the seat, causing me lot of pain even after the flight.
Flight was delayed and caused us to miss connection in IAD. Then bags didn’t arrive at bag claim until 1.25 hours after flight landed.
Paid extra for more leg room but the aircraft was changed and they gave me the last seats in the back with no room to even recline backwards.
Everything was perfect. Very nice and accommodating staff. Tasty food. Very comfortable.
Ooops, the leg room comment was for this flight, not the one to Palermo! The crew was also so lovely and kind on this flight.
They did not charge me for bags on the way to Munich but on the way back they charged me over $450. The planes were very small and very old. They are out of their minds I will not fly them again!
