May 2021
Pros:
They had a carCons:
I reserved a mid size pickup for almost $200 a day and was given a ‘managers choice’ vehicle. So for $200 a day I drove the smallest car they had- a Chevy Spark. It was a complete ripoff.4.0 Mediocre
May 2021
Cons:
I paid for a large SUV ahead of time and when I arrived to pick up my car, I was told there were none in stock and I would have to pay to “upgrade” to a minivan. This doubled the price of my rental. It was infuriating to pay for a reservation only to be told it wasn’t available and I would have to pay more.2.0 Poor
May 2021
Cons:
Location at terminal closed, no signs to tell you where to go. Ordered a full size SUV and was provided a small suv. When questioned about full-size I was told, because it had 7 seats, it was full sized. Will never be renting from dollar again. One location in Minneapolis

Pros:

Car was not fully clean. Maybe because it was an upgrade and had just been turned in? Guy cleaning cars was working real hard in heat.10.0 Wonderful
May 2018
Pros:
What you pay for is what you get. I was worried that at the end of my trip they were going to charge extra on miles or come up with something but not at all. Picked up the car with no problems and dropped off took 5 minutes. Will definitely use again!2 locations in Minneapolis

Nov 2019
Pros:
The main reason I like renting at Enterprise Minneapolis Downtown location if for the after hours return option to the ramp.Cons:
Had to wait 20 minutes for a car to be ready. Had to wait 10 minutes to return the car. With only one or two people working, they are never actually available to help the customer.10.0 Wonderful
Sep 2019
Pros:
Staff was great and prompt. Everything was taken care of quick and they were thorough.Cons:
The rental had a bit of a funky smell to it, but not funky enough to make me upset. I would suggest finding an aromatic solution of sorts.9.6 Wonderful
Nov 2018
Pros:
It was a brand new car and it was just what I asked for. Due to a long distance drive I requested an all wheel or 4 wheel drive SUV and i was able to secure it with no hassle. It was a well equipped car and a super quick and easy check out at the desk. Well done Enterprise.2.8 Poor
Jul 2017
Cons:
they put a phantom charge on my account that temporarily doubled the cost. I was given no notice that I saw that the charge was coming. Almost ruined my whole trip.No locations in Minneapolis
