Everything was great except for the seat. The backrest would not stay in the upright position.
Carly the flight attendant was extremely helpful and very accommodating to passengers on the flight from what I noticed. Couldn't be more satisfied with the service and assistance from Delta's flight attendant, Thanks again Carly!!
Boarding was a sh!t show. JFK BOARDING was awful. The agent called three sections at a time Clogging the area then yelling at people to not block the walk way. How are you going to call delta one , premium select and comfort plus at once and the yell at highest paying passengers. Need to do a lot better and the flight attendants in the galley need to understand that their voices travel. They were talking about others and everyone in the cabin heard them
Horrible. Flight ORD to CGH was okay, but Paris was a nightmare. Old planes, delays, involuntary downgrades, broken planes, terrible communication. CGH to CPT was my worst flight ever.
The flight was canceled after 2 hours been on board! Very bad or nonorganization. What a disaster!
Another smooth and friendly flight. For a shorter flight, it was a pleasant surprise to see a decent snack and complimentary drinks.
There were choices for the snacks. Good choices and tasty lunch and breakfast as well.
First class? Seriously? We got a wider seat and a little extra legroom. The plane didn’t even have TV’s. Not a huge deal, but there was nothing first class about this except the price tag.
It started with multiple delays, cancellations, re booking, 5 hour lay over and finally on a plane from Chicago to Pittsburgh. Gates, times, etc were changed multiply times. Once on the plane, staff was fine, but built in tv did not work and could not even turn it off. Light at eye level the entire trip, so sleeping was near impossible. No snacks or drinks given.
My bag was lost with my medicine and I am very inconvenienced. I don’t know what happened, however I want you to do a better job on getting people’s bag back
Boarding was unorganized. They expected passengers to ask people to move their assigned seat they paid for in order to sit together. The seats even in comfort are smaller than other airlines and the flight attendants appeared not to be well prepared
Due to one crew member not showing up to work, our flight was significantly delayed causing us to miss our connecting flight in Houston to Mississippi causing us to be delayed by more than 6 hours and missing our event all together. Very disappointing. All because ONE crew member called in sick. United did grant us a $15 meal voucher, which was a small but appreciated concession that I wasn’t able to use because I ordered my lunch and paid for it before applying the concession, and the staff said it was too late to use it. Ugh! We also had a TWO delay coming back from Mississippi, but that was on American Airlines and it was due to weather, so not their fault. Anyway, not at all impressed with United’s handling of our flight and the HUGE disappointment of missing our important family event for our 90 year old mother. All that money and all that stress and emotions for nothing. Having to wait the hour to bring an employee from LAX seemed like something that should not have happened. Why don’t you have a local back-up? Santa Ana is not a little airport in a rural area.
Very nice staff , good in-flight entertainment and food/snacks. Our luggage didn’t make it on the way there, but picking up luggage at the airport was a straightforward process.
We waited to takeoff for about 1 hour delay for a 20 min flight.
Flight was on time. Staff were friendly. I paid for Economy Plus but was required to check my standard carry-on luggage due to lack of space on the aircraft. This cost me 30 minutes, unexpectedly, in waiting at the baggage claim. This experience did not meet my expectations.
Unfortunately this is not a happy ending comment. Positive: flown United before no issue Negative: it only takes one bad experience to not plan future travel with United Cancún departure was delayed by 1h20 minutes, connection in Chicago was 1h30 minutes. Flight departure time 6:08 Miraculously 7 of us ran 4 kilometres through Chicago to arrive at 6:00 to be told very rudely by the 2 unprofessional United attendants you missed your flight and that we should of arrived early. Did I mention that reason I was flying? I received a call that my brother was dying and to get home. They provided no assistance would not answer any of our questions, ignorantly walked away. Deplorable
There was a delay that was unexpected. The seats were uncomfortable for the length of the flight.
Boarding was friendly and quick. While the plane model was older with no live tv, the entertainment was full of movies and tv shows. All food was available. Pilots were very communicative with status of the flight. Flight landed on time.
Tray table was filthy when I sat down. I needed to have someone come clean it because there was food and stains on it WiFi didn’t work after paying for in flight WiFi Food was terrible and was not filling at all Chicken was rubbery Flight attendant had an attitude, interrupted me and wasn’t able to answer basic questions about the food selection such as “does the chicken have red sauce in it”. If your flight attendants are not going to know what is in the meals so we can make an educated decision based on dietary restrictions, they shouldn’t be on the plane. My 1.5 year old niece was sleeping and dropped her binkie. I went on the ground under the chairs looking for it. It was at that time that she came up to me as I’m CLEARLY on all 4s with a flashlight and said “I need to get by”. I said one moment please I’m getting something from under the seat (while my head was literally under the seat). Her reply was “no you need to move now” and proceeded to almost push me out of the way. I looked up and all I saw was her toes under my eyes. When I looked in front of me, her private parts were inches away from my face. I then made a comment “you couldn’t waited 2 seconds?” and her response was, “no I need to use the bathroom”. I understand that and would never want to be the reason someone couldn’t get to the bathroom but I was under the seat. She could’ve gone around the other way instead of harassing me, basically placing her private parts on my head and borderline pushing me out of the way. You don’t pay (especially this much) for this deplorable experience. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had on American. I will be absolutely thinking twice and thrice about flying American Airlines again. I would rather pay more to fly delta because at least I know their WiFi will work and their flight attendants won’t have a terrible attitude for no reason, nor will they act the way this woman did. Unacceptable.
Flight was delayed three hours waiting for the flight crew, even though the plane was at the gate for the scheduled departure
No complaints. The flight was uneventful, which is a good thing.
Seats in coach aren't padded enough for a 6 hour flight
We experience delays on departure and connecting flights resulting in 14 hour to our next departure. We were accommodated with a night's stay but was only provided a 12 dollar meals accommodation. The airlines rules state.at least 50 dollars. In any case, it can not make up for the whole day missed on our vacation in Sydney Australia.
Do a bit better with n first class offer some real food and pillows
Despite a bumpy flight the pilot was great. The rest of the crew on the other hand couldn’t care less if a passenger would colapse and die. Horrible service, robot like, lifeless…
Terrible Ticketing and Check in process. I learned that AA unilaterally cancelled my premium seating from PHL to CLT and from CLT to JAN. They did, however, refund my money, but my seating was subsequently severely downgraded. They didn’t have a seat for my unless I paid for it! Not cool! Consequently, Check-in took 45 min. AA is usually great, but this was my worst experience with AA ever. Appalling they they arbitrarily cancel my seats threatening loss of flight if I didn’t pay for a seat!!!! -John
My trip was delayed for more than 3 hours without any explanation. Also I have a business meeting that I lost.
Flflight crew were amazing, kind, and considerate. Fofood choices were limited, and didn’t have a variation.
Boarding, comfort, food/drinks, entertainment and most of all an extremely courteous and friendly group of flight attendants made my 12 hour flight an absolute joy!
Nothing can I say I liked. Food was horrible. Entertainment system didn't work. Crew's attitude was bad. They all were Chinese and wanted to speak Chinese. Baggage missed my connection at Frankfurt even though it was more than 60 minutes for my connection. It came in the next flight of 3 hours later at 16.15 Portugal time but they said they will deliver to me next day. I requested them that I had to go to a dinner meeting so needed clothes and there were medical documents in the bag which I needed for my Doctors appointment on the next day morning. But all no use. Then I had to take taxi, go to airport at 9PM and collect my bags myself and brought bags to my hotel. Will avoid Lufthansa at any cost and same I will suggest to everybodyelse.
The flight and crew was above average. However, there was a two hour delay.
My tv didn’t work, crew had to reset it 6 times, it worked for 3 minutes and started acting crazy clicking random items on screen automatically. Plus only one side of earphones worked, blanket was too think and small.
Lufthansa used to be the best not any more , food is cheap, crew needs to be on retirement )) we really like to see old type of Lufthansa back to business
A350 has great entertainment. Make sure to watch the plane's external tail and nose camera's on landing and take off. Seats were a little hard for a 10 hour flight. I am gluten intolerant, they had good alternative meals for me on the flight.
Crew was great, captain included. Food was scarce, bread was not fresh. seats were very tight, backing seat to sleep disturbs customers. No leg room. earphones uncomfortable. Your extra charges for bags is very problematic for the industry as a whole, leave that for Ryan air. The short flight valencia munich seemed a downgrade for lufthansa, I mean seriously! charging for drinks - real cheap. So overall the price was too high for quality of adveture.
My baggage has been lost for the last 6 days! The problem originated at LAX with Lufthansa, which was a very big disappointment from LAX to Munich. The flight was delayed over an hour, the overhead bins on the window side are too small for most carryon's, the in-seat video screen were very poor as they would not respond to your touch quickly and would stop and start all over again, the earphone jacks are not like most standard ones, the seats still has wrappers and trash in pockets and on the seats. and there was no USB outlet to charge your phone or other devices. The German reputation for quality is bogus with this airline. BUT the responsibility for delivering my luggage became Air Dolomiti's as they were the last leg of the trip. The baggage area was chaos because several flights arrived at once. I took me over an hour to file a claim, the agent entered my info incorrectly, and the contact numbers for Lost and Found at the airport was never answered. I have never been called by Air Dolomiti or the baggage delivery company. I had to do all the calling. AD's live agents gave me two wrong phone numbers for the baggage company. When I finally got the right one on my third call, OF COURSE, no one answers and I still do not have any information on when my bags should arrive. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL operations by Lufthansa and Air Dolomiti. I will make sure I book any other air carriers on the rest of my flights to Italy this year.
It was alright, you are sure about your bags even though they will be bag checked, you will get them back once you disembark.
United tried to bump me. We pay good money to get on the plane we are scheduled to ride in. To hell with United Airlines.
It was great! The seats were comfortable, and they fed me during the transatlantic flight, something which I have been missing out on for the past 3 years as I travel to and from school.
We missed the flight to Barcelona because the flight from Baltimore was delayed. We flew on Vueling VW6653. Our luggage didn’t arrive. Please help us get our luggage. We are staying at Hotel Gran Via in Barcelona
Both mine and my husband's chairs were broken. Also it took 2 hours to get our bags after our flight which was wild.

Despite many attempts to work out a change, neither British Airways nor Kayak nor Chatdeal would allow us to cancel or change this flight so we lost all of the payments when we were not able to fly. Absolutely terrible customer service. We will never use either of the services again.
The check at Accra was very bad . I had to be in the queue for solid two hours simple because your staff were pushing people and lifting the balustrade for them to jump the queue. This situation made us very made with your Accra check in crew. I have video of what I am putting across and I am happy I have the opportunity now.I can send the video to you if you are ready to punish those involved.

Late boarding with inconsistent excuses. Bulk head seats were very small and uncomfortable. 1 tiny candy bar and a water were only food provisions. Food for purchase was unavailable.

Horrible experience! We sat in the plane at the gAte and had a delay of about 4 hours! Captain said it was due to the tug not being able to disengage from the aircraft . When we finally took off it was evident that we had missed out connection and tbough BA rebooked us on a later flight it caused us to miss an orientation meeting and dinner in Geneva. Once in the second flt from gatwick to Geneva we again were delayed( again sitting in the plane )for an hour after boarding waiting for apparently an air traffic problem to resolve. Another annoyance was paying seat fees twice to upgrade our seats towards the front of the plane to ensure overhead cabin space and were told at the gate they are boarding from the rear! This should be stated when making reservations!! On the first flight from Jfk there was a sick person on board snd they asked for assistance. For the rest I of the flight a person kAyed on the glue if the planes covered in blankets . Very unsettling to say the least!I have several flights booked with BA and I’m seriously rethinking this.
