Flight from SBP to DFW 1. They rerouted us through PHX 2. Delayed flight out of SBP for 3 hrs so we missed our connection Downgrade on rerouted flight. Back of the plane, center seats, didn't sit together 4. Return flight out of DFW same exact thing. Delayed, missed connection, Downgrade + they lost our luggage! A complete mess.
The flight was scheduled to depart DCA at 12:30 pm but was delayed twice on the ground so that we were finally scheduled to depart at around 4:00 pm. Once we boarded, it was announced that takeoff would be delayed again to fix a hydraulic problem which delayed our eventual takeoff until around 5:00 pm. Once we departed, it was a smooth flight back to ORD. We did not get any explanation about what caused the original significant delay. In my experience, this happens frequently with AA.
Same basket of unhealthy prepackaged snacks (junk food) which was depleted by the time it got to my row!!
It was right on time and crew were very courteous
Flight to Phoenix was delayed 1 hour and was not weather related. Flight Denver was delayed 2.5 hours and again was not weather related as the plane came from San Francisco.
Boarding was efficient. On board drink was slow. Temperature was a bit warm in the beginning.
Being in business class! Not liking being suggested that blinds should be closed in the day time. I like to look out of the window.

Girl crew member looked like she was just getting up from sleep with her hair a mess, that’s not profesional and lower the standars of your company
Bag self drop off was terrible! No staff there to help. Almost missed my flight. Would never check a bag in with Spirit again.
I like the price. I did not like the seats: very little space and not reclining.
Flights are great except for the ticketing service on the terminal.. Too little employees taking care for lots of flights.
Flight left an hour late because the biometric scanner for check in broke. Instead of checking in people in a traditional way they waited to bring in a new biometric scanner and thus we waited on the plane for an hour while they checked in the rest of the people.
I had a phobia for Spirit and now is 100% confirmed. Flight delayed, missed connecting flight and staying overnight . Now not even able to get my boarding pass until I’ll get into the airport. It’s really really bad at this point

Didn’t happen. They stranded us in Orlando and had to book a flight on frontier to get to our destination.
Lack of accessable charging stations, very uncomfortable seats the savings are not worth it when nickled and dimed for amenities that are standard on other airlines
Spirit delayed the late flight then canceled it with no rebooking options given, leaving me stranded in a city at 9pm at night. I ended up renting a car and driving at night in the pouring rain so could make it to my destination.
I will never fly spirit again for any reason. Worst experience I’ve ever had
