2 names: Uliana y Mya! These ladies went above and beyond to provide the best care and experience onboard Alaska Airlines. Mya was such a a pleasant delight. She was very kind and attentive to my children. When she noticed my son was waiting to use the restroom, she offered him snacks. Uliana-golden standard of customer service with care. She was attentive from the moment I came onboard to the time we departed. She paid extra attention to notice I spilled water while stepping onboard and offered me a napkin. I didn't even notice that I spilled my water. She also was very kind and nurturing to my youngest child whose feet were in the aisle while she was asleep. She took note to gently place her feet safely and carefully in the aisle so not to wake her but also prevent a passenger from accidentally bumping into her. She checked on us multiple times to ensure we were comfortable, especially our young children and surprised them with special Alaska Airlines wings. That very kind gesture made them feel apart and very special. They even went up to her as we were departing to give her a hug and fist bump. It's the smallest gestures and acts of kindness that mean a great. Thus, my family wanted to use this opportunity to thank the entire crew and particularly shout out Mya and Ulina. We are happy to be loyal customers and look forward to our future flight with Alaska Alirlines.

My flight went off without any hitch or issue. I anticipate issues every time I fly, luckily, I was wrong on this trip.

Bad. Flight was delayed over 2 hours and the plane was sitting on the tarmac the entire time. We received no explanation for why the flight was delayed.

Your website has terrible problems:: 1. My last name is is very long and did not fit the area, so I added it to the middle name. I added middle names of both my wife and I and the system did not show that, making my checking terrible. Because of this my passport and ticket didn't match. I spent with 2 agents who called Alaska to change my last name to include it all. 2. No entertainment, no screens to watch anything. The checking line was for ever, too few agents to check you in. I think this will be my last flight with your airline. Fix your system NOW and add checking people when you have so many flight at the same time. Many people missed their flight. Crew felt more like military service personnel who served food than helpful flight attendants. Boarding Process was chaos and the word “ boarding “ never appeared on the electronic board at gate 16. My online entertainment would only provide audio for the movies but no video. On the plus side, the seats were comfortable.

Boarding - It is unclear where the line for the group are given the signs. A solution would be a diagonal arrow pointing to the lane in which the lane for boarding of a given zone should form. As it is now, you are guessing which side of the pole the "zone 3" sign is telling you to form the line. Inflight Entertainment - The Spanish subtitles function didn't work for movie watching (in fact, all subtitles didn't work), so was difficult to follow along and I watched the movie in silence without words.

Business class was economy with a table in the middle seat. That is worse than economy. No food and no entertainment. Very poor representation.

Newer plane with large seats. No meal, but snacks were plentiful. Inflight entertainment was good but movies were dated.

I like the plane , but i was 50 mts before my fly and they didn’t let me document my luggage, so they told my that I have to leave my luggage or buy an others tickets , because they didn’t want me to give me credit for the tickets I have so that is abuse from the company , and on the line it was 5 families with the same situation equal lime mine , I think they doing business with the tickets w people ,; Mexico has a bad working people, the rip money from turists, and is bad because give bad impression of the company that is aereomexico

No everybody brings the proper equipment to enjoy the plane entertainment. Then I was not able to enjoy it.
