Flight was canceled so it was not a great experience. Boarded, then deboarded. Delayed, boarded a new plane then deboarded the 2nd plane and flight was canceled. Then booked a fight to Rome and took a train to Venice the next day. Lost an entire day +

My seat was changed at the last minute and I was moved to the last row, right next to the bathroom despite selecting my seat well in advance. I was also made to check my carry on due to space but when I got on the plane there was significant empty overhead space. Picking up my carry on from the luggage carousel added time to my trip which had already been extended due to delay.

All good on Delta's part. Passengers could be a little more courteous to each other.

The airport process and boarding were fast. The airplane crew were nice but the food was bland and the seats extremely uncomfortable- my seat had an issue and couldn’t move back and made noise .

The fight was about 2 1/2 hours delayed, but that was weather related. The flight was also overbooked. But we were in Comfort plus so the flight was fine for us.

Meh. A late flight meant I missed my connections, and a 2pm LAX arrival turned into gettin in after midnight.

The plane. Airbus A330-200. Comfortable for a 7-hour flight. Seats seemed to have more legroom. I was in row 17. Flight was operated by Delta but was better than expected.

It was operated by Delta. Boarding took a long time. How difficult can it be? Overall decent trip. Liked the Salt Lake City airport. Better option than Chicago for transfers.

The food from Lagos to Amsterdam was was very poor compared to AMS-YYZ

Booked connecting flights with KlM. My serving flight was the furthest part of the airport. On arrival in Zurich. My two cases arrived but only one carry on belong to my son. His three suitcase didn't arrive. After enquiring we discovered they were still in Amsterdam. We landed at 11.12. We eventually left the airport just after one.

Seats are fair enough for medium tall people. Good food all the trip. Fight attendances are warm

I thought KLM was the best airline but the Lima - Amsterdam was 1 hours late, the Brussels - Amsterdam was 2.30 hours late and the Amsterdam - Lima was 30 minutes late

Overall a good experience. We were disappointed when we had to check our carry on due to the plane being full. KLM hadn’t notified us and we had valuable items in the carry on but they still made us check it. Some of the food was great and some was mediocre. Crew is really kind and funny.

One of the vstewardeses wanted to bump me of the plane for absolutely nothing. There is CCTV in the plane ans everything can be verified. Very disappointing , you all will see, o other 5 years and the passangers who does not smile to flight attendent will be bumped off...

The worst airline. Cancelled flight 30 min before boarding and rebooked on flight after 3 days.

I paid 3 this and dollars for two tickets. No food, minimum drink, confused service and very uncomfortable sear. There was zero difference between busy ness and tourist class. I received a pathetic apology

Forty five minutes late for departure. Staff were pleasant. Food was adequate but not outstanding. Entertainment system was very good, as it usually is on Air France.

Did not find the wheelchair that supposed to assist and went to a long queue for transit security chk which was very slow and boarding desk wanted to close counter although that they knew that I am minutes away because of their mistake of not providing the wheelchair.

Business class in the second leg - CDG-EVN was a disaster.

The first leg of my 2 flights were delayed, causing me to miss my second flight and have to stay the whole night in Dublin. Super upset with this experience, and I still need to figure out how to get compensated for this.

The flight got us safely from point a to point b and on time. For a transatlantic flight that isnt nothing. Flight crew was kind and professional. The seats are super uncomfortable (worse than domestic budget airlines) and the cabin was DIRTY.

Great service on the plane and by ground staff. great prices. I was able to change seats on the plane. The allocated seats cannot be changed when checkin in online. They have to be done at the airport if you check in at the airport or on the plane by asking a stewardess / steward.

I fly to the USA every 6wks on Ave and 99% of the time I fly Aer Lingus. If I fly BA I’m always disappointed. My only criticism is the food. I’m vegan and over the last year it’s got slightly better these last couple of flights but on the whole it’s not good! Salad and fruit salad for breakfast and that’s also the starter and desert for the lunch/dinner and the main is usually rice with fried veg 😳the pasta is pretty good though. That’s been the last 2 meals…. Everything else is fantastic.

Are Longus was fine. I booked thru Kayak and was unable to get my business class seat early. Sat next to galley. Crew forgot to wake me for breakfast.

I loved how they arrange boarding (starting with people seated in back and moving to the front). Flight crew was very polite and welcoming. Seating was ok, I felt like there was enough leg space however it is noticeable when the passenger in front of you sets their seat back.

Short flight so not much to rate. Surprised I had to pay for a soda.

Absolutely horrible HORRIBLENE! United airlines failed on every front. My trip was silosem to takę 17h nad endem up takimi 47h! I was treated poorely and I wasn’t reimbursed for all the problems.

Due to flights being delayed, we missed our connecting flights and we were flown to a different airlines and we end up losing our luggage's.

I had a family emergency and couldn’t board and I contacted underpricer to help me get a refund or just a flight adjustment as i would still be flying later that week, and that hasn’t happened. I will never book a flight through kayak/ underpricer ever again.

Full flight with ok comfort levels. Zero in flight entertainment. Dinner served was fair… taste mostly ok (bread a bit stale) and way too little for such a long flight. Technical stop in Cyprus just to switch crew which seems unnecessary. (Other airlines from Europe who do not want overnight layover in Beirut do not switch crews.). Thought that some passengers would disembark in Larnaca (CY) but no, stop was solely for crew change.

In general the flight was good, for me the only issue was I couldn't connect to the Wi-Fi

Okay, the flight was over an hour late leaving LAX! I barely made my connecting flight! Very stressful experience! Lufthansa 747 biz class needs a serious upgrade to its seating! The food was good, but the staff was mostly very cold but did a good job!

The seats are designed for 12 years old, but pretty uncomfortable for the average adulte!!

Seats much smaller/less leg room than united from Phx. Biarding was very poor and unroganized.
