Self check in Kiosk did not recognize that I had prepaid for my luggage. This caused a 40 minute delay even though I had my British Airways email receipt for the prepaid luggage.
Entertainment catalog certainly needs an upgrade to include better and latest content. Food was not good at all - they need to cook something edible. Five starts to the crew and on tim performance of British airways though!!
Lost one checked bag.and wasted 30min waiting and filing missing baggage report. Very unsatisfied.

Asked for a wheelchair multiple times. Got denied the wheelchair in London layover.
Never got on this AA flight since British Airways delayed my original flight 29 hours
It was nice and smooth from boarding to landing. Flight crew was wonderful and very professional.
Both flights into and out of Heathrow were delayed over two hours due to BA technical problems. Ground crew was not very friendly. However cabin crews were
