Orderly boarding, priority for platinum members, courtesy drinks from business class even when we were seating in economy.
I always enjoy flying Copa. There are very few airlines where I can enjoy a comfortable sleep in-flight. The snacks weren't the best, but they sufficed. The in-flight entertainment was fantastic, and I crossed another movie off my watch list.
No headphones given for inflight entertainment. I missed my flight from the previous day and the customer service agent tried to extort an additional $100.00 US from me for missing my flight. Really?!
Great from check in all the way to the end. Very happy with Copa
At JFK the Security line was extremely long and few checkpoints open.
Horrible food. No wine or any other alcohol is served on the flight. Water is not served often and they refused when I asked for water in two cups. On the other hand, both going and coming back flights were on time.
On the trip to Rosario, we raw dogged it for 7 hours. No wifi, no charging outlets, Gilbert girls on every third row monitor with no audio. It was better on the return flight—at least we had screens and earplugs.
It's the first time I couldn't check in online because they told me I had to call because there was a problem. Despite having called twice, I had to check in at the airport
Copa delayed the fight three times. We ended up flying about 24 hours after the original time.
other than a slight delay in takeoff from Panama , the flights were excellent ..... we will continue to use Copa whenever possible for flights to and from Central and South America ....

They made me check my bag and I didn't need to as there was overhead space available. I paid for a seat towards the front of the plane and it didn't recline. I requested a refund and they declined to give me one.
Ground crew gave me interference about carrying a laptop and a small shoulder bag, even though I told them I traveled with them all the time. I then placed my laptop bag in my carryon and took out a medical device, and ground crew still tried to give interference. I had to remind them that medical devices don't count towards luggage limits. It was quite annoying and unne
No overhead baggage room even though I was seated in row 2. Consequently had to check in my carry on bag. Baggage carousel was jammed. Took 45 min to get my bag.
In flight on demand didn't work at our seats. Only a single beverage/snack run.

On-time departure, smooth ride for sure. All was good except, once again, there was no movies/TV as it wasn’t functioning.
Problem with the gate after landing for an hour caused lots of issues for commuting after. Don’t think the crew handled it well at all.
Landing was bad. Gate issue or something for 1 hour. Missed my taxi, thus paid triple for the ride to my hotel.
They pulled our pilots for "another" flight and delayed us without any compensation.
