Seemed roomier than most US domestic airlines and they served food.
it was great! Boarded on-time, reasonable leg room, pleasant staff, decent food. The only thing is we were directed to Terminal 2 when the gate was actually in Terminal 1. Smooth ride. Landed early. Got off plane easily and quickly.
Very long delay but we just made the connection. The requested wheel chairs were not there so I had to assist/carry BOTH of my parents to the gate while carrying their bags so we could make the connection. The plane had no entertainment system and NO WIFI, legroom zero. Restrooms on ALL of flights were dirty and one restroom did not even work properly. I was surprised to see COPA like this since my flight with them in 2013 was incredible, the seats were amazing and the food options were spectacular. Of course, I see this kind of service on many airlines now, with services and hospitality at an all time low. The worse part of the trip was seeing my 90 year old parents go through hell on these flights and having to try and rush to a gate to make the next flight. Never again
So many hours of flying without salty food is a shame and the fact that they want to sell it to you seems like a rip-off
I was supposed to have a lay flat seat but they switched planes and there was only a chair
This airline makes you check in in one terminal and then you have to walk to the other terminal. Its messed up
Copa crew is almost never great in terms of service.

4 hours delay, awful food and missed all my connections because of the delay to be rebooks for a flight 10 hrs later back home and never actually make it to my final destination
It was fine. no food or entertainment , but was only a 40 minute flight.
Paper boarding passes needed, so you need to add the time at the kiosk or desk to get them at the airport
It was a long and boring flight with no entertainment and no meal only a drink and very bad bag of chips

No food optional ( they offer just pasta, no second option, the soda without carbonation, I asked for snacks and they said give a minute, I never got it) I believe they (crew) don't care about it (people)
The seats are getting smaller and smaller. Very uncomfortable trip. More than in other airlines

The flight was very smooth, crew were fantastic but food was lacking.
The best thing about AA is that the onboard entertainment allows me to watch on my iPad. This was not working. USB ports were not working and the flight attendant said they often don’t work. The flight attendants, one in particular, were uncaring. I was very disappointed.

Deparature was late, which is annoying but the arrival was fine and the baggage came early.
No explanation of why there was no snack and drink service (unless requested) when there was service in the other direction.

COP 7,000 for a cup of mediocre coffee. I thought I was on Spirit Airlines for a minute. Otherwise the flight was fine. Nothing exceptional to report.
Overpriced checked bag price of $120 and they charge you for carryon if the size is not minimal of $120.
Be very careful of the initial low price because Avianca wil bill you for a carryon of $120 or a checked bag for $120. Also, be careful with connections because the customs entry process is slow and the connecting terminal is not close.
My whole return flight itinerary, 3 flights, got canceled without any warning to me because I missed one of the earlier flights 3 weeks ago
The connection time is too short to pass through customs and once you do clear customs the connecting flight is in another terminal that is not close.

Horrible. I have been trying to speak to a representative to know why I was over charged but I get redirected to AI Vianca everytime with no results. Is there an agency that oversees airline gouging? I will never fly or recommend Avianca to anyone not that you care.
Felt very cramped in the back of plane. There was an hour delay for take off sitting on the runway, but we did arrive on time. They charge $120 for carry on bag and backpack at the airport its ridiculous.
Fast check-in. Went through security quickly enough. Got their early. And the crew took care of my seating at the gate. The cost for 1 checked bag is ridiculous! $79!? Cmon!! The seating on the plane was very cramped, like sardines. I did not want to pay extra just to pick a seat. Might have to next time.
Arrived at 3:45am & found a long line where Spirit employees were standing at the counter but no one was working. Worried if I’d make the flight. Line started moving about 4:15 and got to check my bag at 4:30, realize my flight was at 5:25. Lines thru security were long, got to flight and walked right on. Spirit was cheapest when selected but not after $70/bag and $30/seat - extra $200.
Not acceptable having both flights delayed and not real reason for .. plus paid for luggage and getting my bag ripped out .. very disappointed.
particularly nothing to like plane just turned to be a hmm flying bus, yet in buses from another country at least drink and snack are free ... and seat could be just a bit more ..adjustable? ok ok i know i am asking for too much but ..dreaming is not forbidden yet

Everything is an additional charge. It's bare bones, still at a high cost. Don't plan on flying Spirit again.
Delayed 4 hours, the plane hot as hell. 2 passengers got sick. One of them was my wife. Airflow was very bad.
It would’ve been better if you didn’t cancel my flight and I couldn’t find another flight within 200 miles so I had to go down to Baltimore to get on a flight.
Terrible. Rude flight attendants. Uncomfortable seats. Nickel and dime every service. No in flight entertainment. First and last time to fly spirit.
Horrible experience, they cancelled the flight , and we had to lose money on car rentals and hotels and tickets for extraction
