This was my first time flying first class. I was really disappointed with the food option and lack of entertainment. I wasn’t given an option of what to eat. The breakfast was less than desirable. It was a bowl of some type of granola cereal, dried fruit, almond butter and 3 biscuits that we pretty much tasteless. There was so much fiber in that meal I was afraid I would poop myself in the flight. There was absolutely ZERO entertainment available. No tv screen to watch a movie or listen to music. No charging port for my phone. I recently flew Delta Airlines Comfort class and I had a tv screen with numerous options of music to listen to and movies to watch. Also I had a charging port for my phone. I expected more quality from first class. Please understand I am not some prima donna that feels entitled. But the price I paid for first class wasn’t worth what I experienced.
Same crew flew with us from Palm Springs to Bellingham, so they were great! Friendly and kind from start to finish. Great experience!
Delayed flight due to mechanical issues. You only serve water or apple juice which is pathetic. To get to connecting flight you need to take a train so dumb. All in all it’s certainly not about the customer is it? You make that perfectly clear. It’s the last time I fly with you no matter how cheap your fares are!
The flight was delayed and then it was very short. The crew was nice. The seats weren't as comfortable on this particular craft.
Excellent flight and on time. Will fly with Alaska again in future
I didn’t make it because Alaska schedule my flight too tight, I had to run to the other side of the airport, and no one helped me get off the plane early or held the plane for me… so I missed it and it was Alaskas bad, not mine
Lovely crew and organized. Flight landed early, even better. Seats could have been endowed with more like Room.
The pilots were great. Service was good. Wish I had more room in the seating area because I was seated next to the only other large person. He took up a little of my seat as well. Very nice man. Wish the crew could have done a small shuffle to make it better for both of us. Still, it was a good trip both ways. Thank you
Good! Although I wish I didn’t have to check my bag at the gate, when I got on the plane there was plenty of room for the bag.

This is a no frills, get it done, efficient airline. The seat is a lawn chair. You better bring your own entertainment. If you want something other than water you need to pay for it. But they will get you to your destination quickly, on time, and then they will turn the flight around and go right back where they came from. Reliably. Couple times a week tops. If it fits into your schedule, you can’t get there cheaper or faster.
A three hour delay to board and then another hour on the tarmac because they couldn't get a tractor? Ugh.
Allegiant canceled the flight. The flight the next day was full. Allegiant did not provide any compensation besides a refund. Last time on Allegiant.
Seats were very uncomfortable and being charged for snacks and water.........
Allegiant actually impressed me, original inbound flight from PBG was so late they gave us a bird inbound from Des Moines and only left 1h late and gained 40 minutes back in the air. Comfortable flight with no frills but no complaints.
Flight was delayed. Crew was good but hot coffee was not available.

No food is available without purchasing it and there is no in-flight entertainment. Both of these are OK because we got an inexpensive flight from Allegiant and, otherwise, our experience was excellent.
Terrible. Still have not received the refund from them. They sent it to some account that I don't even know. Spoke with costumer service and they are unable to help.
