Excellent flight and on time. Will fly with Alaska again in future
Flight kept getting delayed. Multiple children forced to stay awake for a flight that took longer than expected.
My flight was delayed. But it was during holidays so you kind of expect things like that to happen. I am not a frequently flyer so I am OK with that. But none the less, once the flight started, it seemed to me like it went fast. 😊
The app is very bugy, did not work well. Other than that it was ok.
The flight was delayed an hour and it was not disclosed to the passengers until it was time to board. There was no in-flight WiFI available and such poor communication overall. Unfortunate that I was going to miss my connecting flight with poor communication on alternatives.
Flight was delayed because overhead bin didn’t close. The most insanely stupid thing I’ve ever heard.
I didn’t make it because Alaska schedule my flight too tight, I had to run to the other side of the airport, and no one helped me get off the plane early or held the plane for me… so I missed it and it was Alaskas bad, not mine
Interline connection was terrible. Boarding pass from American didn’t work even though it was valid. Gate agent not present to straighten out the mess until the next to the last boarding group was called.
The steward on my flight went above and beyond in hospitality. So friendly and helpful. If I could give him more stars I would. I was so impressed I plan to use Alaska whenever possible and will praise highly to family and friends. (Ive already told my daughter and I’n-laws)
This is the first time I fly with Alaska and it was a great experience. No delays, friendly crew, arrived on time. It was just a two hour flight from Burbank to Portland.
