Cons:After arriving to the airport to check in we were told there was a 6 hr delay. Thanks for the heads up since we could've hung out more before heading to the airport.

Cons:Flight was cancelled and no agent was at gate and no one was available via telephone. No explanations no help no nothing.

Pros:On time flight... good stew's, all around pleasant experience.
Cons:the seats are hard and very narrow.

Pros:The staff were friendly and helpful and boarded us in an orderly manner.
Cons:Staff are part time employees and do not arrive to check in counter until 1.5 hours before flight. When flying out of this airport you do not need to arrive 2 hours early.

Cons:Late, which seems to happen alot with this airline. Have to pay extra for many thngs: selecting seat, carry on bag, snacks, drinks.

Pros:Flight itself was low in cost. Also, crew member on departure from Fwb was a real sweetheart. E-boarding pass was nice.
Cons:They charged for everything! Seats, luggage and small snacks. Good thing you can bring your own.

Cons:I didn't like that there were so many fees for everything. There was also no option for WiFi or outlets
