Very helpfull But ......... The vehicle STUNK of cigarettes .Cons:

Our flight was delayed and we got in pretty late. There was one woman working with quite a long line and got everyone in and out quickly with a warm smile and positive attitude. Helped to make a frustrating day so much better. I wish all agents could be like her.6.0 Okay

Cons:
I paid for a mid sized suv to go on vacation with my 3 friends. I was given a Nissan Kicks which is a sub compact vehicle. It was so small we barely fit our luggage in. Very disappointed. The lady at Hertz didn’t care and said she had nothing else. Will Never use Hertz again. Poor customer service.National
