Cons:
I was not able to rent the car but was charged for it. My flight was delayed and the office was short on cars so they gave my car away because I didn’t make it there by my appointment time.9.2 Wonderful

Staff was friendly, but they had me on a no-rent list cuz I didn't pay something like 7 years ago and then when I wait a whole hour to pay it on the phone they want to have me call someone else just to find out after another hour where I'll be paying it too. It was crazy, so much time wasted.Cons:
Knowing I was on a no-rent earlier by Hertz and plus make us more aware that the rental place was so far from where I was. I thought maybe JIA, which is nearby, but this was an airport 45 minutes away.Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I like the fact that the store manager offered me a free upgrade, although I did not request it and her attitude was a friendly one.Cons:
there was not one available to offer me a ride home after the rental. Enterprise Rental Car, whom I usually use, always have this service available, ALWAYS.Airports serving St Johns
