Cons:
When I signed up for the car which was a one way trip from NY to NC it asked me when I would pick up the vehicle and when I would drop it off. I entered 8:00am pickup on Sunday, drop off before 6:00pm Monday. I dropped off at 4:00pm. Hertz didn't have that information so instead of paying $216 I wound up paying $390 and I am less than happy. $15.75/hr plus addl for anything over 24 hrs. Find this unfair and wrong. Wont rent again through Kayak8.0 Very good

Pros:
The vehicle was great for what we needed. Very comfortable. Was great having heated seats/leather interior and up to date technology.Cons:
Upon pick up there were still candy wrappers from the pervious owners, and a few dirty spots in the car, which I ended up purchasing cleaning wipes for and wiping down myself, given “COVID” these days, I played it safe.Budget
