my rental was NOT clean, smelled like pot. We complained but only one employee was there and told us the hose was broke and the toilet was out of order. Joseph said she tried to remove the smell but the smoke had imbedded the fabric.Reviewed Mar 8 2024

Pros:The pickup was great. The O'Fallon branch was super helpful friendly and efficient.Cons:The williamsburg office is closed. Like until further noticed closed. I tried to call the number left on the door and there was no answer or option to speak to someone. I am still hoping I am going to be getting my 200$ hold back. I left the keys in the box like instructed but not sure how they will know.Reviewed Jan 10 2021

Pros:Terrible customer service. Did not add my AAA discount. Will not adjust since they closed it out.Cons:Best customer service. I had to call and ask for a receipt 3 times to get a simple email.
