Pros:
The staff was nice, and the process of picking up and dropping off was super-fast and easy.Cons:
I got a hot deal car, so my expectations were extremely low, and still the car did not live up. I got an ugly blue Chevy Spark. The car was TINY, both front to back and side to side - I've been in go-carts with more room. I'm not even 6' tall, and I barely fit. My brother and I literally couldn't fit in this car together at the same time. This was bad enough, but what I paid per day was nearly twice what I've paid for a Mercedes or BMW in the past. Sadly this was still the best experience I've had renting a car in Ft. Wayne. Somehow compacts have moved up to midsized status (e.g. Rav4), and prices have still gone up. This whole mess has made me less likely to rent a car, less likely to fly, less likely to travel as a whole.7.6 Good

Staff was great. Had to extend for 24 hours very easily done. Very accommodatingCons:
We wanted a Tahoe. Replacement car was a Nissan. Hated everything about the car. Not a equal replacement size, comfort or drive ability wise at all7.6 Good

Cons:
When we picked up the car it was only half full of gas. We also we're not able to rent car seats for our twin two year olds. The counter person was pleasant but less than helpful. When we returned the car the counter person was awesome. I wish car seat rental options were available when reserving the vehicle.National

On kayak I added the Insurance for 11 dollars per day. Once I arrived at Enterprise I was told it’s 18 dollars per day. The old bait and switch, this is crappy and should not happen.9.2 Wonderful

You can’t rent a car here without a credit card. I only have a bank debit MasterCard. Other places like Hertz and Enterprise are fine with a bank card. So I was left stranded and had to go to another place.Thrifty

The charge that was put on hold on my account was an astronomical price compared to what I paid for the entire rental. I'm talking they put a hold on almost 4 times the amount of the entire rental.3.6 Poor
