Poor & Disgusting. When Landed the office was closed for Easter! How can you book customers when the office is closed.. I had to pay $60.00 in Taxi transfers for nothing... Kayak and Enterprise should refund this back to me.. Regards, PrakashAvis

Kayak ruined part of my vacation! Kayak reserved a convertible at a location that closed at 5pm (reservation was for 6pm) and hadn’t worked with Hertz in a year! Kayak took my money and left me stranded! This website needs to be taken down!2.0 Poor

Pros:
I put “Mia” in when renting and when I got to Miami airport they told me the car was renewed from a hertz in a Chevy dealership 6 miles away. I took a $30 cab there to get car and when I showed up I was advised that the hertz moved a year prior. Go got another cab to new place and by that time it was 1:30 pm. They closed at noon and no one on your help line could assist me as I was told all cars at airport were booked and all other stores were closed. SUOER stressful.Cons:

Had to pick up the car on a different locatio because the website I used did not indicated that that car pickup has to be done before 6:00. Whent to pickup the car the next day and the car was Dirty, tank 3/4, and more.....Sucks. ha4.4 Mediocre

( rental period- 6/29 to 7/3) it took 2+ hours to get a car at 1700 Pinhook location in LA, once we received the car it was damaged the front bumper had major damage to the wheel well and i was put in a, take it or leave situation when i brought it back the following day. (rental period- 7/3 to 7/6) the second time was when I got to Miami I Rented a 2017 Rio was very nice until during the rental period I was pulled over by the police which he was gracious enough not to ticket me for driving a vehicle with expired tags.Signature Rent A Car
