They are not smart enough to to know that if heavily booked at the airport location to transfer cars from their remote locations to cover that demand. They could have rented at least 15-20 more cars. bad management.Avis

Not a long wait for the location I was at.Cons:
It was a very long and expensive taxi ride from Miami airport. When I went to trim it in, the office was closed 10 minutes early so I had to call the number on the door. Fortunately, Damion answered and met me in front to give him the keys.Budget

It was the BIGGEST NIGHTMARE EVER. They didn’t have a car available for my Saturday reservation, they had me come back Sunday and again didn’t have a car available then either. And all this I was dragging my 5 month old son in a car seat taking a Uber back and forth with him to get a car, until finally they told me I had to go to the airport location to get a car and that was done Sunday night after taking another Uber with my son to the airport to get a car. IT WAS A TOTAL TOTAL NIGHTMARE. And I didn’t enjoy any parts of it at all...3.6 Poor

Reasonable price for weekly rental with drop off different from pickup location. Budget rental reservation Agents did assist with billing and car availabilty issues.Cons:
Car was unavailable at the origanal location, so had to pick up from airport. Car was dirty inside and out, stained rear seats. Vehicle had slight shimmy at highway speed and brakes grabbed/ pulsated.2.0 Poor

Didn't have vehicle, sent me to another location an hour away at my own cost and charged me extra to rent from there. Reason provided for not giving me vehicle: "Meh, the people who deliver vehicles to our location don't care." Most horrid rental experience of my life. Day ruined, no apologies at all, and at nearly double the quoted price too. Stay far away from these crooks.Hertz
