The manager was great. However, it does not matter how great the manager is if the company does not care about their employees or customers.Cons:
To start, you should have the car that was reserved. Secondly, you make the customer go through all the trouble of getting the car in Cape Coral after you overcharge for the same car that I could have rented outside in Fort Myers. Thanks to the manager, my trip was not ruined not that you really care. The biggest problem is that there is no accountability with companies anymore.9.6 Wonderful

The gal that waited on us was great. She was patient and knew what she was doing and seemed to care!! I think we were upgraded. The car was great and we had it for almost a month. We were able to drop it off at the airport which was convenient.Budget
