Pros:The vehicle was very clean and well maintained.Cons:The price I reserved the car for online ($151.37) was not the price presented to me when I was picking up the car at the kiosk at the airport ($303.00). Although the attendant adjusted the bill to ($193), but at the end of the week when I returned the car back, the bill had jumped back to $211.51. There was no explanations for these process variance.Reviewed May 22 2017

A Case Of Mistaken LocationsPros:I rented a car for the Wausau (Wis.) Airport and when I got there they said Budget has two locations and I had to pay the extra fees because my rental was elsewhere. Cost me an extra $100 or so. Otherwise, the counter people were nice and the car was good.Reviewed Feb 13 2017

Small airportsPros:The only real downfall was dropping off at a small airport. I had to find a proper spot to park the car, log the mileage and deliver all that info to the desk. I received an upgraded car because it needed to go to Appleton anyway. That was a nice treat. Very nice staff.Reviewed Feb 18 2016
