The place was in really bad conditions. It was dirty and vandalized.
Cons. They messed up our 1,000 pre paid reservations. Ended staying in other hotel at walking rates.
Pros. The location next to the Orlando Eye
Cons. Horrible odor in the hallway. Roaches in the hall. Dirty breakfast area. Bathrooms were mediocre.
Pros. Close to everything in Orlando. You get what you pay for, a place to sleep and shower. Polite staff.
Cons. Generally the hotel's cleanliness was sub-par, from the hallways to the rooms. Check your linen before you sleep or use. I have slept in other budget hotels that were much better kept than this particular one. Their public bathroom was very messy. Breakfast, 2 stars. No meats, all carbs and boiled eggs and banana and apple for fruit.
Pros. The hotel was walking distance to many restaurants and attractions on I-drive. It is only 5-10 min. from universal. The room was clean and the beds were very soft and comfortable. The continental breakfast was good and the sitting area was huge! It was not a cramped eating area like most hotels are for breakfast!
Pros. They goofed up and booked my smoke free room but immediately upgraded us to a suite. Everyone was extremely nice.
Cons. The bathroom needs a gentle overhaul. I was a little grimy feeling, don't get me wrong it was very clean. It just felt "off".
Pros. - Great location - Free shuttle to theme parks - Free parking and good complimentary breakfast - Nice and clean rooms

Pros. On the bright side the Hotel was literally 9 minutes away from Universal Studios/Islands of Adventure and about 20 minutes away from Downtown Disney.
Cons. I had rented this room about 3 weeks in advance before my trip, I get there, I'm able to check in with no problem. I get to the room and noticed that it's really hot so I make sure all the AC settings are correct (they were). I called the lobby and the person said to give the AC unit about an hour and the room should be cool by then. assuming positive intent I left it as that. I left the hotel went to downtown Disney, had dinner and etc. came back around 11:00pm (6 hrs later) and the AC was still not working. I called the lobby once again (same girl answered) I told them the AC wasn't working and she said "have you tried resetting it?" UM NO! That's not my job! they came into the hotel room, attempted to reset the unit and still wasn't working. The girl turns around and said "Well we currently don't have any other rooms available and you rented your stay from a third party vendor, so we won't be able to accommodate you/refund your money." I stayed in this hotel because of the cost per night, so I wasnt gonna just loose $158, so we stayed over night, sweating! the next morning they fixed the AC while we were at the parks, so when we came back the AC unit was working. For being on vacation I wasn't expecting to sleep in a hot hotel room, and the customer service was horrible. I won't stay here again.
