Pros:The car was niceCons:We had a reservation for 9AM to drive from Key West to Miami. The car was not ready for us to drive away until noon!! When we checked in, the attendant said the car would be ready in an hour, but really took three hours. By the time we left there were 150 people in line waiting to check in to pick up their rental. Airplanes continued to arrive throughout the period with people expecting to pick up a car and continue their journey. Airport security was having a fit trying to make people maintain social distance when the airport physically did not contain enough space to allow 150 people in line waiting and people arriving claiming their bags on the baggage carousel to maintain distinace. The entire problem was caused by National, Enterprise, Alamo car rental mismanagement and inability to think outside the box. In fact, I watched two employees show up to work then disappear when having to confront unhappy customers looking for an explanation for why they couldn’t get their car.Reviewed Jan 3 2021
