The prices were ridiculous, the van was dirty, kept warning it needed an oil change, reaked of CIGARETTES and was almost unbearable to drive from Winston-Salem to Charlotte with my mother in law in kids so we could get to the airport all together! Never again will I rent from y’all AND I will be contacting corporate office about my experience as well.2.0 Poor

We went to pick up our confirmed paid rental the location was closed, called customer service their solution was to cancel the reservation and have us drive an hour away to the air port to pick up a car and the best part was they wanted to charge us over $100 more than our original reservation. Absolutely horrible company that has no idea what customer service is, if your company makes a mistake and books a reservation for a closed location you fix it not try to make it as hard as you can and double the fee.2.0 Poor

I turned the car in 5 Days early expecting a refund for days not used. Several days later I called Hertz and learned that the fine print said, “screw you customer”. Of course no one mentioned this to me when I turned the car in early. I could and would have kept it for the full term of agreement had I known. Be assured that my days of doing business with Hertz are over.2.0 Poor

We were told the car wouldn't even be on site till after 12 and we needed it by 8 am for a 7 hour trip. I have never had a car rental place NOT have a car for me to rent when I pre-ordered weeks earlier. Not a good experience for me. We had to delay our trip till they could have a car driven to the site. The car we ended up getting was filthy inside.Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I had to wait for over 20 min just to drop the car off. Very understaffed. They did not have the car I reserved when I arrived. I was given another vehicle and was charged more. The car was not as nice as the one I had reserved.2.0 Poor

They could have had the right address on goggle and Apple Maps. They could have answered the phone in the two hours I tried to call. Most importantly they could have HAD MY CAR READY. Had to wait 5 extra hours and never did get my car. Had to settle for a different one. Amazing rude staff. Like, i dont know how they are in business rude.6.0 Okay
