This time, I traveled in the economy, and it was surprisingly better than the eco-premium (food, comfort, and crew were noticeably worse in premium!)

Lots of water brought around by staff which is very important to stay hydrated on a long flight. There provided swiss chocolate icecream! The attention to detail is obvious. They really want to make their passengers entertained and comfortable.

overall the flight was good and we were happy they waited for us. However, our luggage didn t make it and this caused us a lot of problems.

This was an upgrade to business class and really enjoyed the experience. Much better than my earlier flight and thank you.

It was a pleasant experience accept temperature in the plane It was extremely cold in the airplane that I was shivering I got sick because of the extreme cold temperature on my flight

Crew was wonderful, snacks were so good and quite a variety for free, food was mediocre, big selection of movies and they kept lavatories pretty clean throughout the flight

It was unclear that additional passport control was needed before boarding. The seats were cramped and uncomfortable even for small persons. The arm rests were unable to be lifted completely out of the way and the media controls cut-out made them uncomfortable to lean on. One audio channel was not working on one of our seats.

Flight was very full and we had to checkin our carry on. Stuff however promised us that our luggage will be the first one to come out and it did

Great food - movie selection was good. Plane was a few minutes late but got to destination on time.

I paid for luggage when I bought the ticket but I could not board until I paid for luggage again. The fault lays at the feet of eDreams, the company that booked our flight. Sorry, Air Serbia, but it did affect the boarding process.

They had lost my ticket and despite showing them the confirmation email with the itinerary and receipt of payment for the flight they could not put me on that flight and rescheduled departure postponing it by a whole week

Plane was late causing me to miss connection. Flight the next late causing me to miss the rebooked connection. Air seberia I think is more late than on time

Plane was old. Seats were hard and very close together. No in flight entertainment.

This was my connection flight that was moved time ahead for a almost entire day so I lost it and I had to purchase new ticket once I landed in Copenhagen since nobody wanted to take responsibility for moving flight in that way so it’s impossible to make it. Very poor job by Underpricer, Air Serbia and SAS.

I purchased an exit row seat and priority boarding, about 3 months in advance. Without any communication whatsoever, my seat was moved to row 2, when I checked my reservation 2-3 days before departure. As no exit row seats were available anymore, I selected a seat 1C. However, once at the airport, I was issued maybe the worst possible seat, 29E, middle seat, one row before the last. It is not worth my time to request the refund on the ancillary purchase, I am simply done flying with Air Serbia. Also there was no boarding process to speak of at all, or online check in.

Lacking online check in, had to wait an hour in order to check in on the counter even without language.
