The connection required us to travel from terminal A to terminal E with very little time in between flights. While waiting in line, we were called to the service desk to provide our passports. We provided our passports at time of check in, assuming that American Airlines doesn’t communicate well with Iberia, this was a headache.

Almost great...Need more signs around the airport, especially in Italy Marco Polo.
N/A - missed the flight because of the delay in flight to Madrid
The plane was not well maintained. The entertainment system didn’t work properly, eg moving map. Many of the seat controls did not work. Cabin temperature fluctuated considerably during the flight. The seat allocated was poor, it was noisy and offered no privacy. The perfume in the toilet triggered severe allergies. Crew was very goid.
Booked Economy Premium the 3 seats with my daughters and I, the seats should have been able to tilt back but it only one worked. the crew said they would report it but didnt seem both about our comfort on the return journey.#
I am very happy always when I fly with Iberia.
Outstanding. plane was a bit dated but safe and clean
Iberia is a much classier experience than their US partner airlines.
It was cancelled. And they had terrible customer service to rebook. Then our rebooked flight was cancelled
Comfortable seat Attentive cabin crew Asian vegetarian meal very good Not enough drinks were offered during flight No ice cream Snack offered before landing not good very unpleasant taste no choices
