Was very good the flight, 15 minutes late,but was very ok!!!😊👏

The check-in process is very confusing. The company charges for everything, but tickets are low priced. I probably wouldn't take the airline for a flight over 3 hours. The seats are uncomfortable. There's no net on the seats to hold things like headphones, a folder or anything.

You have improved through the many years I have flown with you. But you still nickle and dime your customers. I paid extra for carry on and priority boarding.

Great flight and crew but let down yet again by the disaster that is Birmingham Airport

It was raining and we got all soaked because the staircases didn’t had a roof

all small notes on the ticket which even you can not see and read. They they charge you on each step… even they dont let you to explain yourself. I will not fly with them from now on.

I forgot my headphones in the plane, how can I retrieve it?

More chaos than usual at NAP (which is always a bit chaotic). Flight delayed for over 40 minutes. At boarding, passengers were brought through the gate then made to stand for about 1/2 hour in a holding area before being allowed to board. Rest of the flight/baggage claim was uneventful.

Affordable and plenty of leg room. Left seat assignment up to airline for the benefit of reduction in cost. They split my family of four up into different rows, leaving a minor on her own. Grateful for cabin staff asking someone to move to allow daughter to sit with my wife.

Would have been a very good flight, but busses did not meet the plane at the destination airport (NAP/Naples) for nearly one-half hour after landing. Clearly the airport concessionaire’s fault, not RyanAir’s.

Because of the fog at the Frankfurt airport, our flight was delayed leaving Budapest. We only had 20 minutes to get from A23 to C13. This was quite a walk for this not-so-young anymore lady--even with the help of moving sidewalks! We also had to go through passport control and then security. Germany is extra thorough, even doing pat-downs of all passengers. We got to our gate and I knew I had been randomly selected for extra security scanning because of the "SSSS" code on my boarding pass so I wasn't surprised when he escorted me back to security to be searched some more. The boarding gate gentleman assured me that they would hold the plane. The ladies in security rushed through the scanning process as fast as they could and we were able to make our flight to Orlando. The actual flight was smooth and comfortable. The food and service were excellent. The flight crew were friendly and efficient.

The flight was about 10 minutes late which made it kind of tight for connection in Frankfurt. One think that was helpful for my husband and I since we don’t speak the language was when we got off the shuttle bus, two ground crew told us very clearly how to make the connection.

Easy 1 hour flight and right over the Alps, pretty cool!!

Good but entertainment system was not easy and very buggy

Flight was cancelled and I got rebooked with anther airline. Also had booked a direct flight and got a layover.

SAL to FRA - Original flight was cancelled less than 10 hours before scheduled. Did receive lodging at no cost for 1 night. Coordination between Lufstansa and hotel was very poor and we had to pay for a meal we thought was to be paid for. Traveling from SAT to Denver coordination between Lufstansa and United was very poor and we paid double for our check-in baggage. We are hoping to that refunded. We wish other airlines would fly to Salzburg as we plan to visit more often.

Very nice. Crew was excellent and our seats had great legroom which we paid extra for so I highly recommend this option when flying internationally.

For this long of a flight one would expect some more service, like a snack, entertainment or reclining seats

All was good. I would have preferred free drinks besides water (coffee/tea).

A major problem at the Frankfurt terminal. You see your connecting flight is on concourse A and you see signs for A, but when you start to walk out to A, only then do you find A is in another terminal which requires a bus ride, passport control and customs. If you sit around in the first terminal too long, you can miss your flight. We made ours.
