Aircraft was new. Food so so, especially vegetarian was very disappointing.

Very courteous staff. Abnoxious passenger in front of me who reclined her seat all the way without warning and without considering the person behind her. My flight ORD-WAW was so much more pleasant because of the courtesy of the passenger in front of me.

LOT was very disorganized at Istanbul airport with no communication with travelers. Our flight was delayed over and hour and a half and there were no announcements, displays or anything about it. It almost left me missing my second flight!

Boeng Dreamliner has so tiny seats, so even medium and smaller size people have not enough room to fill comfortable..

The airline wouldn't let me take my stroller to the gate, even though the website states we can. My screen did not work. Their website also states that long flights offer wifi to be purchased. My 8.5-hour flight did not have wifi available. I pushed my call light to ask for water (I was willing to buy it). It took over an hour for them to come and they could only give me a small glass at a time. Waters were not available for purchase.

They broke my luggage. I’m pissed off about that. Service was slow and inconsistent.

first and above all I liked the crew; everyone was one of a kind, friendly, professional, and eager to help.

Flight WAW-ORD flight attendants were really rude, no smile at all. Except one young girl working in aft part of the cabin. They were talking only in Polish. After 4th/5th time asking in english, they were answering in english. Not the best approach to the pax.

The flight was delayed by an hour which caused me to lose my car rental in Vilnius

All good! But sandwiches for breakfast need to be warm!!!!! Not cold!!! You do not want anything cold in your stomach in the morning!… think about it!

We were diverted to warsaw and there was zero information. We were just forced to disembark and off we go good luck the reat of the way. We all had to go our ways to find a way home!!!! Horrible horrible and it cost us alot of money to get a hotel and trains 4:30 pm next day.

How terrible! Extremely bad! I can not even wait for 5 minutes, because the Berlin airport does not work in the security facilities and can handle people. No communication, although we were assured by about 50 travelers that the airline is informed and is waiting for us.

My flight was delayed 1 hour. My Mood was not great

Crowded, little leg room, little lateral room. Hour late, then all funnelled into a small room with a couple of bench seats for 150 people. Most sitting on the floor or standing for 30 mins before chaotic boarding.

Worst experience ever. First time and last time with Ryanair. I'm not a cow.

You can only check in maximum 2 hours before your flight. But it’s not written anywhere on your ticket or your boarding pass or in any of your emails. The only sign is at the beginning of a huge snake queue on the barrier which is easily blocked by people. So you queue for half an hour only to be turned back. Plus on the flight we paid for priority which included two carry on bags in addition to our backpacks plus I had a letter from Ryanair for my CPAP machine to be allowed as free carry on as well. As it happened, we only had one carry on and the CPAP and two backpacks and the agent insisted I shove my CPAP under my seat which I refused as it wouldn’t fit without jamming it. They had oversold priority (or didn’t check bags) and there was an enormous fuss about overhead storage. Poorly managed and the inflight ordering service didn’t work. It was awful. I will never fly them again. And before you say it was cheap, it was most certainly not. So Ryanair can kiss my business goodbye.

Good service for a budget trip. No problems at all

Well... Our flight departed with more than 3 hours delay from Beauvais.

When having difficulty with the online check in process, I was forced to pay a huge fee for the check in desk to assist me with getting a boarding pass. Ridiculous!

Ryanair was ok but the flight is delayed 2 hours! We dont know the reason if it was either Ryanaair or the Kos airport or Vienna Airport …
