There was no food whatsoever, even for purchase on a five hour flight. Given that Georgian airways is not a budget airline, I expected more. Online check-in process was difficult. It would not recognize reservation code or ticket number, but another page on their website for checking in worked. Another hassle was passenger information - when entering passport information, it rejected the selection without providing any useful feedback. It turns out that "passenger passport" is the right choice, and "passport" is not. And after all that, online check-in was useless as the passport control at the airport does not recognize those as valid boarding passes, and you have to check-in again at the airport.
There was no check in on the site. After the plane was disconnected from ground electricity conditioning stopped. The temperature in the plane during the flight was about 28 degrees. Crew listened the passengers with smiles but did nothing. After boarding when ground electricity was connected everything became operate. But it was too late. The interval between the rows is very small. Get ready to the flight with real low coaster.
I have been flying Turkish Airlines for the last 5 years it’s always great service, on time , excellent food, only one thing wasn’t reliable is their on board WiFi most of the time it doesn’t work.
Seats were in disrepair. Seat back pockets were all broken. Seats recline very far, which is comfortable for occupant, but confining for person behind.
Very bad from ISTACC leg of flight specifically the seats. These seats are for economy not for Business class. I suppose when flying to a third world country you can fly any craft and no one questions it. I was very disappointed for that leg of the flight. This needs to change.
Better than other airlines but still not at the top with other airlines that you pay the same price and services and customer service are much more well performed with care and attention to the customer. Still a long way to go. Some of the flight attendants are speaking English like they translate direct from Turkish. They need to improve the customer service for a global travel.
The first flight got delayed 1 hour and that made me miss my connection flight which made me arrive 6 hours later.
Food could have been hotter. More padding needed in economy seats
Definitely not a fan of Turkish Airlines, their seats are very uncomfortable. Felt very cramped up. Food was very poor in quality too, very little to drink during service.
Stale, bad and limited food, drink options. Entertainment system was broken, old and had barely any latest contents.
Business class in Turkish airlines is like none other. They separate themselves and highly recommend it
Entertainment monitors did not work in the seats & it was so hot in the cabin. One of the most uncomfortable flights I've ever taken.
Easy 1 hour flight and right over the Alps, pretty cool!!
Boarding was unorganised. The flight was very uncomfortable, the temperature was far too high. On requests to lower it nothing changed.
Upgraded to business class and it was worth every dollar! The connection in Denver was way too tight time wise and going through customs there plus re-visiting security screen again caused me to miss my connecting flight. KAYAK should not allow that tight of connection on international flights.
My luggage is lost! I waited in Denver co and seen nothing almost lost my flight due to waiting for my bags and still nothing I hope to contact customer service today hope they find it
They lost my luggage for five days and did not keep me notified of the progress at all.
We bought tickets with Lufthanza from Kayak for flight operated by United..
Staff was helpful. we left on time and arrived early to destination.
It never happened. Bumped 2 times then cancelled. 4 cancelled flights after that
Full flight with ok comfort levels. Zero in flight entertainment. Dinner served was fair… taste mostly ok (bread a bit stale) and way too little for such a long flight. Technical stop in Cyprus just to switch crew which seems unnecessary. (Other airlines from Europe who do not want overnight layover in Beirut do not switch crews.). Thought that some passengers would disembark in Larnaca (CY) but no, stop was solely for crew change.
Lufthansa staff was fantastic, but the airport was a mess. I was at this airport in the past and I have never experienced any problem, but this time it was nutty because of soccer tournament: UEFA 2024 championship
