My checked bag did not get loaded on the aircraft in Istanbul. Other than that, the flight was smooth, on time and the crew was friendly, efficient, and professional.

My checked bag did not get loaded on the aircraft in Istanbul. Other than that, the flight was smooth, on time and the crew was friendly, efficient, and professional.

Plane was hot in our section of aircraft making it difficult to rest. We informed the staff but adjustments were not made. Seats were terribly uncomfortable- unlike the other long haul flights we have flown on Turkish Airlines. It seems both issues are due to plane being an older Airbus

Turkish airlines always is an excellent airline, bottle water, comfort kits were provided. Decent food on board, friendly staffs.

Great airline with excellent service! Only drawback was the meat served was overcooked on both flights.

I did not like the quality of the food and there was no snacks offered between meals.

Boarding on time. Limited food and drinks options . Few Crew was rude and unconcerned. Entertainment system is old and barely any new contents.

Boarding from Accra was chaotic and disorganized. Otherwise, it was a good flight with good food and customer service

Entertainment monitors did not work in the seats & it was so hot in the cabin. One of the most uncomfortable flights I've ever taken.

The flight encountered weather turbulences and it was scary at times but the pilot was outstanding! The food is outstanding! The crew was great. Only thing is the flight path map could be better (Reference: Emirates) Also would be nice to have more choice of soft drinks during the flight since it is a long flight. If the crews coming around with water instead of us going to the crew area asking.

The only thing that I think could be better is the baggage storage, it wasn't exactly ordered, but all in great conditions
