British Airways is fantastic. I am low-vision and they were so helpful and accommodating. The food was all surprisingly delicious. That was an unexpected treat. The best of everything though was how helpful and friendly the service team was.
Excellent service smooth flight f or the most part food was right now.I'm expectedly good.

Staff member at boarding gate was rude, and more than once!
The flight attendant kept bypassing our row when serving drinks and food. And the. He spilled water on me. And spilled a chicken tikka masala on the aisle floor right by my feet.
Very helpful. Just sorry that my flight required connecting with British Airways.
Seats were uncomfortable and food was not good. But we got to our destination.
The flight was delayed, and delayed some more. But there was more room on this plane than the one that flew oversees! There was no food or entertainment, but that’s ok, it’s a short flight
Flight was canceled. I had to pay for my own hotel room and could get a flight until the next evening. BA does not have offices or anyone to help at the London Heathrow. Airport. The whole experience was miserable.
