The flight schedules are better than some airlines. Their website is terrible, it doesn’t store any information so every time you fly you have to re-enter the data. The flight was late taking off but we still got to our destination on time.

Great overall experience with TAP - would not hesitate to recommend for your next trip to or from Portugal

Bused out to the plane, then back to the terminal. Plane was delayed for 2 hours - most of that time spent sitting in bus or plane with NO EXPLANATION of what was going on. Departure delay due to crew not showing up on time. FIX THAT. Why do your own international flights NOT have gates with ramps. Being 74 and having to carry my carry ons up and downstairs is awful.

Boarding the plane from 2 entries at the the same time front and back was ridiculous. I boarded from the back for row 7 and others boarded from the front for row 15, for example. We met mid-plane and had to squeeze past each other. Ridiculous

The flight was cancelled. the staff did not know how to arrange overnight, food and transportation accommodations required by law, causing long lines lasting several hours. the rebooked flight was then delayed 5 times from 9am to 4:45pm

The flight staff was nice enough but the seats were not up to business class standards. The food was also not something I would get on any day. The seats we had were right up to the galley and the crew were very noisy with their chatting the entire flight which woke us up after we fell asleep and we could not get back to sleep due to all the chit chat! The flight was delayed and we were in transit for less than an hour in Lisbon yet there were no TAP staff anywhere to be found to assist pax who were worried about catching our connecting flight. Another thing that was poor in service was that, if TAP flies out of Rome at 5.55am, TAP should have a lounge open for your Business Class pax. We were told that the lounge opens at 5.30am yet TAP's flight is scheduled to leave at 5.55am. Why offer a departure that early when you don't have lounge open by at least 4.30am? It's been a very disappointing experience with TAP and we paid for Business Class. It is at best a Premium Ey class on better known airlines like Lufthansa, British Airways, United. It's at best sort of comparable to Economy class on Singapore Airlines but I still think Singapore Airlines Economy class service is better apart from the seats.

We had seats 1 D and 1E which is right to the front as there were no other seats available. It is right up at the galley and toilet. Whole flight was very noisy and busy and we didnt get a good flight or rest the entire flight. Its was a pretty costly Business class fare that felt like Economy class experience.

The insanely long lines at customs were chaotic and stressful. They also created a lot of stress among passengers. Including fights and threats. The hot food I purchased was cold, barely edible. The check in staff and crew were nice and the pilot good but the overall experience was very disappointing. Passengers were still insulting each other upon arrival.

No frills airlines. Tickets were reasonably priced for a short-term booking. But comfort is a big issue.

It was just okay. They overcharged me for a checked bag because I didn’t know it wasn’t included in the airfare.

Very small dinner, NO breakfast. You have to buy an earphone.

Food was terrible. No breakfast. Will not use this airline.

I travel on a monthly basis and I’m not a stranger to budget airlines. I never complain about anything, it just about adjusting you expectations to what you paid for and you will get, but these flights (2) with Air Europa Miami - Madrid - Athens were a terrible experience. Both flights had a significant delays and multiple gate changes. At the checking they used a hand scale to weight your carry in, it cannot be more than 10 kg , even it fit on size.Luckily mine was ok . The food was inedible. The staff service was ok, but you can totally tell they do not care about much and show little customer service culture. I think this was my last trip on Air Europa. Actually the price was almost the same than other major airlines, I just took this one because I needed to depart late at night.

Probably will never use this air line again. Rude miserable staff. Uncomfortable seats.

Well, I'm not too happy with the service a flight for 9 hours with only a cup of water or wine. Food only service you one-time I bind flights many different airlines and they make sure that you feel comfortable with the food and drink

i paid accidently for a second bag instead of a golf bag (Eur 40 instead of 50) they would give me credit when i tried to change the second bag from a regular suitcase to a golfbag. The comment was "you made a mistake, your problem"

Overall a great. However, the seating is way too narrow, for guys with any shoulder width. Luckily the crew moved the guy next to me, or it would have been miserable.

When having a connection at Madrid, it’s extremely confusing. You must travel from your arrival gate, all the way down stairs to a security check point, go up stairs, then downstairs to another security check. Then make your way to your gate. All the while traveling through a “mall” inside the airport which makes it difficult. 10/10 don’t recommend connecting flights through Madrid.

The flight was delayed over 3 hours and at the gate, we waited for an hour to start boarding. The gate lack of communication with the passengers was atrocious and when asked they even said they didn't work there and were just standing in for someone else so they couldn't give us an information about the flight status. The crew did not offer blankets, pillows nor headphones.

My baggage did not arrive, missed connection, service representative was not helpful.

One of our bags did not make the connecting flight in Madrid. We have not received any word today on its location. Seats were so narrow and uncomfortable!

I had assist travel booked in Denver to Manchester, but not listed in HeathRow, my daughter use a spare wheel chair herself for me , when going thro to board at Heathrow there was no help travel down for the ramp until a member of assistance stepped forward and insisted he would take me down the very steep ramp, seems he was the only person concerned with my safety.

I am very happy always when I fly with Iberia.

The crew on this flight was probably the worst I have ever come across. This applies particularly to Karen and Lee (possibly Jason) - the short, overweight pompous guy - arrogant and rude are possibly too kind a description. This Lee/Jason obviously failed his exams at Charm School, and frankly, in my view, needs to be dismissed immediately. Karen was similar to the guy in attitude, but not quite as rude.

Terrible. Boarding was a mess. We were assigned middle seats and separate just to induce us to pay for better seats. Cabin luggage was checked in while space remained on the overboard lockers. I think they don't really care about the customer.
