A very good flight. All personnel were gracious and pleasant. Good flight. No complaints.
horrible our connectig flight was late and we had to rush thru DFW to the next gate with 15 minutes time. Get to gate and its changed. no one knows whats going on . finally get a new gate and the plane has been sent back to the hanger . Boarded 4 hours after our original flight time and then sat at the gate for over an hour as the captian said the cargo doors were open and no one was in the airprot or on the ground to find out what was happening. this caused us to miss the first day of the tour as we missed our transfer and hotel meetup no apologies or accomodations offered to assist
One of the reasons I fly American is because the seating is more comfortable than most airlines. Even in the back of the plane.
Boarding was a shambles, pushed us all onto the airbridge and then made us wait for ages
Another American flight delay. Gate staff was gratuitously abusive of anyone expressing frustration. This will be my last American Airlines flight
Seating accommodations in Premium Economy are excellent. Some of the food was very good but leaving room for improvement. All the AA Associates were courteous and professional.
Pilots were very conscious about giving us a smooth flight
delayed multiple times. no resolution on anything from AA customer service. was put on hold in chat to talk to manager. was 6th in line to talk to manager for more than TWELVE HOURS - from sometime around 9AM until well after I had gone to bed that evening. no explanation, no attempt to make it right. just a five hour delay because of repeated maintenance claims
16 Hours delayed, NOT because of the cybersecurity Microsoft issue, but because we were one flight attendant short, then when the missing flight attendant showed up two hours later, the flying shift of our pilot had expired, so, now no pilot. American Airlines is the new Spirit Airlines, actually, that is not fair for Spirit, they are probably better.
Delay flight more than 8hours waiting and poor customer service!
Plane was extremely small so mind the size of your carry on
