I like that they served a mail, I’m not sure about the in-flight entertainment. I didn’t really check. staff helped me with my luggage. Smooth boarding smooth takeoff smooth flight

Copa definitely offers better service and price than other airlines.

This airline makes you check in in one terminal and then you have to walk to the other terminal. Its messed up

Copa crew is almost never great in terms of service.

The personnel at the counter was very helpful. Everything ran on time.

The seats had plenty of leg room and the staff were very nice.

Captain and Crew were excellent. The Boeing 737-800 was showing its age. In flight entertainment system was sluggish and my Business Class seat on the outbound flight had some mechanical issues. Only real problem was the location of the Gate in Panama PTY. It was a 40 minute hike from Security to the Gate. There should have been some sort of warning about the distance.

Very good, despite we had a delay because of some problems at the airport.

No boarding announcements leading to the usual confusion and people trying to board before their group number.

Horrible experience from start to end. Copa costumer service is non existent. They treat you bad. Everybody tells you different information. We didn’t received our luggage in the 1 day stop we did even we they said if was not going to be a problem. They didn’t respect the seats that we had and spread our family leaving in between of two big people who didn’t leave any space for me and crush me from side to side. I’ll never recommend Copa to anybody.

Even though there was space, they made me check out my luggage. It was very annoying. That’s the reason I bring a carry on so that I don’t have to check out my luggage!!!!

Charlotte NC agents were great and ended up with decent seats after having to switch flights amidst Hurricane situation. CMH was a different story. Doors to flight closed 15 minutes before departure so we nearly were left behind. Flight crew were OK but nothing to brag about for sure

Great - quick boarding and landed early with an available gate.

Flights were on time both ways, such a big plus! Staff was very accommodating and friendly. Question the choice of snacks that, which on both flights was dairy based. Appreciated using bottled water.

Late and next flight even later. Who leaves at 245 am and arrives at 330 am ? No wifi, 4 hr flight and one bag of pretzels? AA should be ashamed

Our 8:45 am flight kept getting delayed. Boarded after a 2 hour delay only to be taken off the plane again. At 12:30 pm, we are told there was a new plane and we had to change terminals. Flight was delayed again to 1:50 pm. Eventually boarded again only to be on the plane for over an hour. Flight finally took off at 3:30 pm. 7 hours after original scheduled time. To top it off, couldn’t even get coffee on the plane due to turbulence.

There was over an hour delay to get my bags. Communication should have been better.

It’s good for travelling but the connection flying it’s to bad!! Because The Times connection it’s too short. You have a checking point, before control after checking for departure again 1 hours 30 minutes for all and you need your connection for anything.

There were delays on both ends. It made it less than excellent. This plane was great though
