Flight was fine but diverted to a different airport. I was also assigned a seat that I wasn’t allowed to change during the check in process, which was odd.

They had about 20-25 people overbooked. Including me. Why is this?? I was put on a flight to NC an hour later with a 4 hour layover. I was supposed to be home at 1045am instead i was home at 7:30pm. An extra day to pay for dog care.
I just have to say everything was ok, nothing special, and business class is not as good as it used to be, business class sets are the same seats as the rest of the plane including leg room, only difference is no one is sitting in the middle row, they put a janky little table in there to give you somewhere extra for the free drink to sit
When flying from Dallas Texas to London, the entertainment section went down. The attendants said they would restart it. After 30 minutes, it still wasn't fixed. I called it to their attention and was told that they would try to restart it. Nothing was corrected. They said there was nothing they could do. This didn't happen to the entire plane; just our section which was in the middle of the plane - about 4-5 people. An attendant came by and asked each person to write down their names and email addresses and that a credit would be issued. This was on September 3 2024. It is now September 19, 2024 and I have yet to see any credit issued.
Could have done with a 2nd round of drinks even if it was only to distribute bottled water
They denied us boarding on our scheduled flight and experienced significant disruption to our travel plans because of overbooking the flight!
Disaster out of City Airport with our flight cancelled and very little help.
The flight was delayed which caused me to lose my international flight to Egypt. I arrived Egypt 10 hours late which ruined my entire plan any trouble for the people that were waiting for my n the airport. I lost money and time.
it didn’t happen!!! they canceled it like 15 hours before the flight and made me find my OWN replacement flight and talk to them for FOUR hours!!!
Abby who was the crew member in my cabin had some serious attitudes. May need some training and some kind of diversity training.
