WiFi was not working from pos to Mia…. As well as they rushed us to the gate as if the flight was already here and leaving shortly when the plane never even arrived and took off until the scheduled time so then why rush us to the gate and have us thinking we will miss our flight.

also wi-fi never worked attendant said satellite coverage is spotty over water ..... but we were over land!
the food choice of packaged chips and popcorn was utterly ridiculous for first class
Boarding was disorganized and delayed because they overbooked and wanted people to give up seats then further delayed due to an issue with the plane. They did not load my bag and it took a day for them to return it. Flight attendant was lovely and the only positive thing about this trip.
a321 business class not up to transcontinental & international flight standards
BA is now my preferred way to travel. On ground staff in Canada, London and Nairobi were patient , polite and helpful with our group. On board staff went that extra mile to make sure we felt important. Best of all, no lost luggage! Highly recommend BA in fact have 2 more long hauls with them this year.
This is a new route from Philadelphia to Naples. It was sold out. The team on board was excellent. I’ve flown this route twice this year and the flight has been excellent. I hope American keeps the route.
Delay 14 hours! Missed all connections and had to fly different airline the next day.
All was pretty good, but we had to sit in the tarmac in CLT for an hour after landing because there was no gate open for us.

Worst in 25 years. A 10 hours flight from Buenos Aires to Costa Rica and no free food! Then the food available for purchase was sold out in 5 minutes. I was travelling with two kids and wasn't ready to keep them happy with chips and cookies for such a long time. Avianca doesn't make sure that minors sit next to an adult so I was forced to pay 65 USD for each seat in a so called premium seat whic is exactly the same as the economy free seats. Never again with Avianca.
Horrible. They canceled several flights and kept pushing us to different flights. We were 12 hours in the airport with no compensation and not even a single apology.
My fly was cancelled so i run to the airport and fight for my fly Thank god at the end was good
Ok, but these people don’t give you nothing no snack no water
I was shocked flying to El Salvador that they only give you water. Everything else you have to pay for. There is no wifi or entertainment and it’s an international flight. At least back in the day they had tvs on the plane and everyone watched the same movie. Also seats do not recline, even comfort or plus.
No water for a 5 hour flight entertainment not working seats with little room for knees when person in front of me reclined kept bumping my knees.
The good thing is the flight was on time and the crew was really nice. They can work better the arriving with staff
More than 3 hours of delay and not even a snack was given.
