So many hours of flying without salty food is a shame and the fact that they want to sell it to you seems like a rip-off
Copa is one of the airlines with the best prices and super good service.
Copa delayed the fight three times. We ended up flying about 24 hours after the original time.
Food was not good, no options for vegetarian or gluten free
No boarding announcements leading to the usual confusion and people trying to board before their group number.
Horrible experience from start to end. Copa costumer service is non existent. They treat you bad. Everybody tells you different information. We didn’t received our luggage in the 1 day stop we did even we they said if was not going to be a problem. They didn’t respect the seats that we had and spread our family leaving in between of two big people who didn’t leave any space for me and crush me from side to side. I’ll never recommend Copa to anybody.

Doubt that you care, the flight from OAK to Las Vegas took longer on the runway when we arrived. The flight attendants & pilot announced that they knew a lot of us were getting on a connection to Dallas & that it was waiting for us. Lied. Ended up having to take another layover & it’s added way more time to my flights. The ticketing staff at the gates were extremely rude. I don’t think I ever want to fly Spirit again.
Let put it this way ,” I will do everything in my power NOT to flight with Spirit Airlines again!!!!!!! Thank You
Spirit cancel my flight. Many times happen in my travels.
The flight kept getting delayed until it ws finally cancelled due to weather. While the airline was able to get me another flight, it was not for two days, which meant that I had to waste two days of vacation. On top of that, the airline refused to provide any form of compensation for my inconvenience.
Very uncomfortable seats that do not recline. My husband had hip replacement 7 years ago; after 5 hours from Maryland to California and another 5 hours back, we had to go to the emergency for the intense pain on his hip joint and soon he will see the surgeon. The cherry on the cake was when at the end of our flight back to BWI, we were prompted by a flight attendant to stretch: "arms right, now left, now reach your toes..." (really? how can we do that as we are sitting on seats with no leg room?) "...and as you are there, pick up any garbage you may see on the floor"!!! wow!
Arrived to destination 2.5 days late due to cancellations and delays. I was rebooked over 24 hours after the original flight. This would have happened multiple times if I wouldn’t have bit the bullet and purchased another ticket through a different airline.
My flight was canceled, resulting in not being able to make my daughters graduation in time.
Delays delays and more delays in both LAX and San Jose. And then I said something else flight was supposed to arrive in Portland at 12:04 but didn't land until 2:30 PM which made me late for my appointment.
The bag drop process took longer than other airlines. The boarding and crew were good. The seats do not recline and have minimal padding. The snacks/drinks are for purchase only. The flight was on time with no issues. I would fly them again if the cost was significantly less.
Terrible legroom, seats do not recline, tray table the size of an iPhone, delayed flight, have to pay 5$ to get a cup of water onboard.
