Very dissatisfied with the fact that I had upgraded to first class for the second part of my trip only to find out that the lounge was still not available to me, as well as not having any food or drink service on the flight due to weather, so I lost out more than what I paid for.

The food was good. I ate gnocchi with marinara sauce and cheese, salted caramel tiramisu. And later in the trip cheese calzone. I watched 3 movies. The selection is really good. Have new and old movies. The flight attendances were nice and cordially. Overall the 6 hours trip was really pleasant ☺️. Planning the next trip.
Unfortunately I was stuck next to someone who should have purchased 2 seats instead of taking up their space and mine. I couldn’t move the entire 3+ hour flight. Very uncomfortable flight.
Typical flying experience in the US. Nothing particularly good or bad.
In thirty years of traveling, mostly with Delta, this was the worst day ever.
More extra space was awesome. Even though I was on the first groups to board, bin compartments were already occupied by passengers seated on other seat numbers. That is unacceptable.
The airport process and boarding were fast. The airplane crew were nice but the food was bland and the seats extremely uncomfortable- my seat had an issue and couldn’t move back and made noise .
Inconsiderate staff, plane was very hot, poor decision-making from the crew.
If I can, I always fly Delta. I’ve found their service to always be reliable and pleasant.
Had to change aircraft due to a faulty door. Surprisingly it only caused about an hour and a half of delay. Delta handled this situation as well as can be expected.
I like their airplanes because they have plenty of legroom in their seats they always work with me if I have a change of plans on my tickets courteous and I always feel safe flying with them.
My encounter with the entertainment services provided on board was moderate; the functionality of the Wi-Fi connection was either sluggish or nonoperational, while the display screens were antiquated and suffered from poor visibility. On the positive side, the cabin exuded a sense of expansiveness, and the crew exhibited amiable and accommodating behavior throughout the journey.
The flights are back on time and everything else runs perfectly.
I volunteered to let them put my carry on suitcase in the baggage storage area. But when we landed I was told it was being unloaded IN A DIFFERENT TERMINAL! I had to walk (painful for me) a long way to retrieve my bag and my ride had to move from the waiting area they were in to a totally different one. Not happy.
They announced at the last minute that international travelers had to checkin at counter. This created a long line and unnecessary stress.
The flight was excellent. The crew was welcoming and attentive.
Great! I love Jet Blue. My favorite airline! Very efficient, clean and timely.
Great. Loved that there was WiFi on flight to keep in touch and excellent service of beverages and snacks.

Crew was just ok. Flight was packed. On a 3/4 hour flight I would hope they would come around more than once to see if you needed anything further. Not very attentive.
Excellent accommodating crew at gate and on board. Baggage claim and gate checking were flawless.
Seats were very uncomfortable. I paid extra for a seat with more leg room, the seat was no different than a seat at the back of the plane. Flight attendant was rude.

There was a serious delay of almost 2 hrs to departure.. it would have been to be told what caused the delay. Apart from the delay, boarding and the flight itself went smoothly.
The food was horrible compared to other airlines, there was no space for the overhead bins for carry-on luggage, and the seats were very uncomfortable.
My five hour layover in Phoenix turned out to be 7 1/2 hours. A plane that arrive late because of some other issues with that route. Then we boarded and had to wait for an air test. Then we discovered that the wheels flat and they say we have to Deign well while we do planing the crew changes the tire before we’ve completely gotten off the plane. So we didn’t need to get off in the first place that cost us a good half hour to 45 Minutes at the least.
The plane was very clean. The crew was excellent. The flight was delayed slightly but other than that no issues.
Delayed so that missed connecting flight. Connecting flight was also delayed on the tarmac but they closed the gate before the rescheduled time.
Both flights yesterday, experienced hard landings. Harder than I’ve ever felt before. Im hopeful there was weather involved and not pilot error. Other than the landing, the flight was quite good~
Seats in coach aren't padded enough for a 6 hour flight
particularly nothing to like plane just turned to be a hmm flying bus, yet in buses from another country at least drink and snack are free ... and seat could be just a bit more ..adjustable? ok ok i know i am asking for too much but ..dreaming is not forbidden yet
Once again, my flight was delayed. I believe it’s the third time I had a delayed flight with spirit airlines… Very unpleasant.
Everything was on time. Several passengers were rude/impatient when deplaneing at both FLL and PNS - but this is our society today w/ no common courtesy.
Every last departure to get to our two destinations was horrible delayed putting us way after midnight to get to home and had to pay extra day for parking due to them getting us back to Myrtle Beach airport after midnight. The attendant on our flight from Newark decided to spray disinfected down the aisles and cause our eyes mouth and throat to burn and thanks to that we have suffered sinusitis. Shame on Kayak for having this airline on your site.
I recently flew with Spirit Airlines and had an incredibly disappointing experience. I brought a book bag, which should have easily fit in the overhead compartment, but there was no space left. Instead of offering any assistance or a reasonable solution, the airline made me pay $70 for my book bag. This fee was extremely unreasonable and added unnecessary stress to my travel. To make matters worse, the flight attendant was extremely rude, further souring the entire experience. I had a terrible time and will not be flying with Spirit Airlines again.
Hated it I would not use Kayak or Spirit ever again.
The flight was fine. The itinerary change from original booking was not good. We were originally leaving at 12:50 pm. The change to 8:29pm put us getting home in the early morning hours the next day. Then having to wait over an hour on the ground for a parking place to get off the plane was exhausting.
Our flight was delayed two hours. We nearly missed our connecting flight and had to rush across the airport with little kids and all their luggage. They didn’t give us enough time to walk from one gate to the other, then when we got on, we waited another half hour while the crew loaded cargo. It seems like they could have given passengers more time if they had cargo to load anyway.
Flying on Spirit Airline is a penny-pinching beat down.
They took a horrible route with a lot of turbulence and I eneded up getting sick. Even if the flight takes longer. Don't put people life at risk just to get to the airport on time.
My departure gate was E10 but no kiosk at E10 for check in & no one to ask. A United attendant helped direct us to E38 for check in. The kiosks at E38 were all malfunctioning. A counter agent had to check us in. We then had to walk back to E10 for boarding. E10 to E38 at DfW is not an easy trek. No where in all the info they sent us indicated there were issues to over come. They can cut only so many corners. Luckily we arrived plenty early to deal with Frontier’s inefficiency.
Our flight was delayed by four hours without notice, the app for getting my boarding pass is super confusing, and I wasn’t able to check a suitcase without paying for a higher cost package
I didn't like anything about the flight It was my first time and definitely my last time boarding a frontier flight. Their counter agents need training and they need to learn to communicate regularly and respectfully
Better than expected.on time. Friendly staff in NY however MYR not so nice.
Gate agent for Frontier in Sioux Falls was horrible. Some people shouldn't have jobs where they need to work with people. This person tried to control everything and even argued with a Sheriff's Deputy. He seemed to write the law and think he was immune to everything and could do whatever he wanted. What a miserable experience for a lot of people. He even delayed the flight just for on his own actions. The pilots made up the time lost, but why does this person have this job. Apparently nobody cares at Frontier. We do, My wife said she would never fly on Frontier again.
They never updated the boarding pass on their apps to show their delay
They wouldn’t let us on the flight even tho we were an hour early. No refund not even our bags that were prepaid
I strongly dislike Frontier. I find them barebones, the seats not particularly comfortable, the nickel and diming is maddening, the app is TERRIBLE - super confusing to navigate, and the last 4 frontier flights I have flown have been on AVERAGE 2 hours late, one ruining a fancy night out in Vegas with reservations made well in advance, which was nodded to with a measly 5000 miles, which translates to almost nothing. At least credit a free checked bag or something.
When we arrived we lasted 48 minutes to be able to get off the plane without air and the plane turned off more than half of the passengers because after they started to leave they realized that the bridge was defective
Four and a half hour delay in total. What frustrates me most is the poor communication and disorganization.
