I like their airplanes because they have plenty of legroom in their seats they always work with me if I have a change of plans on my tickets courteous and I always feel safe flying with them.

In flight on demand didn't work at our seats. Only a single beverage/snack run.
Everything was great except for some reason crew and ground crew could not figure out how to deal with an electric wheelchair and it delayed us 20-30mins. Was pretty frustrating for passengers and the captain.
The flights are back on time and everything else runs perfectly.
I volunteered to let them put my carry on suitcase in the baggage storage area. But when we landed I was told it was being unloaded IN A DIFFERENT TERMINAL! I had to walk (painful for me) a long way to retrieve my bag and my ride had to move from the waiting area they were in to a totally different one. Not happy.
They announced at the last minute that international travelers had to checkin at counter. This created a long line and unnecessary stress.
After 14 hour delaybwith departure time changed 9 times then announcing the flight was canceled. Another later announcement said the cancelation was in error. Also after paying a higher fare to leave in the afternoon then departing at 4am was not right.
I cannot say this enough, I NEVER BOARDED OR HAVE HAD ANY TRAVEL IN THE PAST YEAR. However your app says ive been traveling a lot lately. GET REAL HUMANS TO GIVE CUSTOMER SUPPORT.
Jet Blue keeps getting iit wrong. 4 hour mechanical delay followed by terrible boarding experience. This is my third horrific jet blue flight in 2024. I am going to try to avoid this loser in the sky
late lack information taney changed my sit even after i had checked i. a day prior and had been at airport checked in for 5 hrs. i have medical condition that i need to sit in aisle but changes to window. only apparent at boarding and they had no explanation why they changed my boarding pass and had no other seats. very bizarre, uncaring and disrespectful. Made my trip very challenging I should sue you. will NEVEr fly JB again. Ever. Would have blasted in social media but did not want to disclose my medical disability.
I was shocked that there is no Wi-Fi, my flight was changed and delayed multiple times. In fact, I’m still not home…

Among the worst flights I’ve taken. Never again. Staff was horrible across the entire Frontier workforce. Flight attendants were legitimately yelling at and arguing with each other while on board - toxic environment (really guys? at work and in front of customers no less?). Frontier intentionally assigned my partner and I (who booked together) to opposite ends of the plane despite plenty of seats together - straight up predatory practices to take people’s money. Seats are legit the absolute worst. Not even free coffee. Absolute garbage airline with wild hidden fees and the worst staff in the business. They will for sure have a deadly accident soon. Never again, not for any where not for any price.
Flight was cancelled and was not able to get another flight thru Frontier. Per frontier a refund was issued but I do not see a refund on my Afirm account.

Booked two aisle seats and were switched to an aisle and middle. Not happy.
Frontier’s bag policy is ridiculous and they made me pay $100 just to bring on a tiny ukulele. They were rude and not willing to budge. I was quite frustrated
Checking in was easy and simple, crew was nice and efficient, but I would improve seat assignment randomness to make it easier to sit together based on when you check in. Overall would fly with them again.

The flight was VERY, VERY hot and the blowers weren't cooling it off...don't know what the problem was, but.....otherwise it was fine.
My flight from Avianca was 45 minutes late and it's very complicated to recheck in in ...also I have to say the silver desk folks were neither efficient nor helpful...so I missed my connecting flight. I actually got there before tge flight left but they refused to let me on....and gave me no vouchers for hotel etc
The cancelled our flight 3 times and we never made it to our destination. Every single airplane had a maintenance problem. Never fly this airline
9 hrs wait in airport then flt redirected to airport an hour away from our booked airport. Then at 8:00pm flight Cancelled. Silver supposed to book us on American the next day. Booked my husband but not me. Cost me Ubers, hotel, meals, new ticket and 1 hour taxi Cuz no flights to our home airport. Absolute disaster. Silver staff had no idea what was going on or what to do. Never Again Silver
Nothing about this flight was good. They are always cancelling or grossly delayed. We were delayed for 45 minutes for no apparent reason with no explanation or anything we could see and I missed my connection to Durham NC. I was on my way to my best friends memorial and funeral. Now I'll missed them both!!
Total disaster! The easiest flight was kept delayed till … cancelled! And before official announcement of the flight cancellation I was offered to join ongoing boarding to FLL so I had to change all my traveling plans, have lost my car reservation and a payed spot at the meeting I was going for to begin with! I had to no show to my flight back, because it was from different airport again!

This was a short flight so food was not offered. The stewardess was great at giving water out. The baggage check at the airport was hideous. One person was untrained and had asked a question. The other two people were just dealing. Someone could have worked the line and said you must have a luggage tag and you must have confirmation. We waited for some people at the counter for 20 minutes because they couldn't find their reservation or they were missing their luggage tags. We were in line an hour and 20 minutes had to run to her gate just to find out our flight was delayed 40 minutes. The silver air website never updated with status changes on the phone. Horribly irresponsible flight company.
