Crew were all excellent. Wheel chair access for my parents was very good, although it took some time. Plane was ok but entertainment system did not work. NO WIFI on plane so could not get other things done while flying or listen to my Apple Music on my iPhone.

I like that they served a mail, I’m not sure about the in-flight entertainment. I didn’t really check. staff helped me with my luggage. Smooth boarding smooth takeoff smooth flight

Just a minor inconvinient with weather delay! but not Copa's fault

It's the first time I couldn't check in online because they told me I had to call because there was a problem. Despite having called twice, I had to check in at the airport

Copa definitely offers better service and price than other airlines.

I was supposed to have a lay flat seat but they switched planes and there was only a chair

Copa delayed the fight three times. We ended up flying about 24 hours after the original time.

Food was not good, no options for vegetarian or gluten free

This airline doesn’t five and dime you for everything. I do think that a checked bag should be included in every fare.

The personnel at the counter was very helpful. Everything ran on time.

I liked the onboard entertainment that allowed me to watch on my iPad.

Fantastic. I am low vision and was impressed with how helpful and accommodating the service tam was. It was super appreciated! I was pleasantly surprised about how delicious the food was. Like, “I wish I had more even though I’m no longer hungry” delicious. 100% enjoyable trip.

Seats are extremely narrow and almost don’t recline. No room for knees even for avg size adult. Overall, very cramped. Very noisy aircraft compared to A380.

I liked nothing about this particular flight. Not only it was initially delayed for two hours due to late arrival of the plane, but the flight attendants were also very late to show up coming from a hotel (based on the announcement made by the gate agent). They did not arrive on another late flight, so why couldn't they be on time? Total disrespect of the passengers!! The plane itself was cramped and the seats super uncomfortable. To top off the poor experience, my video screen did not work. To summarize: flight delayed for 3 hours, cramped and no entertainment (for me).

Multiple gate changes and significant delay leaving DFW. Made for a late arrival

This flight was awful all around. Delays on the tarmac at PHL before takeoff and at the tarmac in Chicago caused me to miss my final connection. This was completely avoidable, in my opinion.

This flight was canceled and delayed several times without explanation. The plane was freezing cold and no wifi for messaging. Getting off the plane was terribly unorganized and felt like it took forever….

Worst situation ever! I booked my tickets for this trip on Alaska Airlines. I guess AA is a partner and we flew nonstop from Eugene to PHX on an AA jet. I had to pay for luggage from PHX to EUG. And this was an Alaska Airlines reservation paid for with Alaska airlines credit card! Got to the PHX airport and was not able to check bags because of some weird issue with the AA software. My reservation had to be the-entered by the agent. I will never pick another American Airlines flight on the Alaska Airlines website. While on vacation, I tried to upgrade our seats for the trip home. The request just buffered and never went through. I tried four times and was charged four times on my credit card. The card was charged but the seats were never changed. What a wreck!

Be very careful of the initial low price because Avianca wil bill you for a carryon of $120 or a checked bag for $120. Also, be careful with connections because the customs entry process is slow and the connecting terminal is not close.

Felt very cramped in the back of plane. There was an hour delay for take off sitting on the runway, but we did arrive on time. They charge $120 for carry on bag and backpack at the airport its ridiculous.

Almost we lost our connection from Bogota to Aruba 🥴 Because we get out late from the plane of Medellin

The flight was late olmost 3 hours , they send me to Cartagena … I suppose be in CR at 9 am , I fluid to Costa Rica at 5 pm …

Terrible. Flight was delayed without explanation, airplane was in poor condition (old, dirty) and crew was not in a good mood.

No water for a 5 hour flight entertainment not working seats with little room for knees when person in front of me reclined kept bumping my knees.

I did not like anything, first time I use company and for sure it will be the last time, they charge for simple operations that any other average airline wouldn't charge.
