Just a minor inconvinient with weather delay! but not Copa's fault

Copa is one of the airlines with the best prices and super good service.

This airline makes you check in in one terminal and then you have to walk to the other terminal. Its messed up

Copa delayed the fight three times. We ended up flying about 24 hours after the original time.

This airline doesn’t five and dime you for everything. I do think that a checked bag should be included in every fare.

This was my first time flying Copa but I'll definitely be back! Great service, professional agents, and delicious food for a fair price. Thanks for a great trip!

Left my bags in origin city on a business class ticket , spent about 2-3 days in the same clothes plus the flight .

Horrible experience from start to end. Copa costumer service is non existent. They treat you bad. Everybody tells you different information. We didn’t received our luggage in the 1 day stop we did even we they said if was not going to be a problem. They didn’t respect the seats that we had and spread our family leaving in between of two big people who didn’t leave any space for me and crush me from side to side. I’ll never recommend Copa to anybody.

the planes are not modern there are no phone chargers

I was fortunate enough to have an entire row to myself and that was the highlight. Unfortunately, the flight was really turbulent which had no impact on how effective the crew was. However, I am disabled and should have boarded the flight first, but that wasn't the case. They also decided to take my bag at the gate because I had one too many and upon my picking it up at JFK it along with my rollator had been damaged. I am a vegan so the didn't have a proper meal for me and I was unable to view the entertainment because I didn't receive a set of headphones and if I needed to supply my own I wasn't made aware of that either. The crew was great, but overall everything was pretty lackluster.

Horrible. I have been trying to speak to a representative to know why I was over charged but I get redirected to AI Vianca everytime with no results. Is there an agency that oversees airline gouging? I will never fly or recommend Avianca to anyone not that you care.

Same experience, very poor food, drinks or entertainment while flying. There are some products offered to buy but only using debit or credit cards . No friendly for seniors or people without cards.

Charging for WATER on a SIX hour flight in repugnant. Enough said!

Poor In food , poor in entertainment , passengers don’t get for free not even water

Worst in 25 years. A 10 hours flight from Buenos Aires to Costa Rica and no free food! Then the food available for purchase was sold out in 5 minutes. I was travelling with two kids and wasn't ready to keep them happy with chips and cookies for such a long time. Avianca doesn't make sure that minors sit next to an adult so I was forced to pay 65 USD for each seat in a so called premium seat whic is exactly the same as the economy free seats. Never again with Avianca.

Horrible. They canceled several flights and kept pushing us to different flights. We were 12 hours in the airport with no compensation and not even a single apology.

Flight delayed by an hour and 5 mnts, missed my connection from Ccs to porlamar, had to stay over night hotel cost and new tickets.
