The check-in process is very confusing. The company charges for everything, but tickets are low priced. I probably wouldn't take the airline for a flight over 3 hours. The seats are uncomfortable. There's no net on the seats to hold things like headphones, a folder or anything.
This time round it was very good, flight delayed by 30mins but capitan put his toe to the floor and made some time up!!
Great flight and crew but let down yet again by the disaster that is Birmingham Airport
all small notes on the ticket which even you can not see and read. They they charge you on each step… even they dont let you to explain yourself. I will not fly with them from now on.

I forgot my headphones in the plane, how can I retrieve it?
More chaos than usual at NAP (which is always a bit chaotic). Flight delayed for over 40 minutes. At boarding, passengers were brought through the gate then made to stand for about 1/2 hour in a holding area before being allowed to board. Rest of the flight/baggage claim was uneventful.
Flight delayed by almost two hours. On boarding we were hold in the transfer bus, with no air conditioning and almost 40 degree C outside, in front of the airplane for a long time.
Didn’t like anything about it we were delayed by 3 hours and sat on the plane when leaving Dublin. On the way back to Dublin we were kept in the plane on tarmac for 4.5 hours. This airline is a joke!
