We were diverted to warsaw and there was zero information. We were just forced to disembark and off we go good luck the reat of the way. We all had to go our ways to find a way home!!!! Horrible horrible and it cost us alot of money to get a hotel and trains 4:30 pm next day.

On time was excellent, not serving any water and deliberate seatings apart is deplorable.

Blood contaminated tissue was stuffed to the back of the seat in front of us.

The check-in process is very confusing. The company charges for everything, but tickets are low priced. I probably wouldn't take the airline for a flight over 3 hours. The seats are uncomfortable. There's no net on the seats to hold things like headphones, a folder or anything.

You have improved through the many years I have flown with you. But you still nickle and dime your customers. I paid extra for carry on and priority boarding.

Great flight and crew but let down yet again by the disaster that is Birmingham Airport

all small notes on the ticket which even you can not see and read. They they charge you on each step… even they dont let you to explain yourself. I will not fly with them from now on.

I forgot my headphones in the plane, how can I retrieve it?

Great flight very short… no food drink or tv but too quick to matter… I would recommend.

Never have real problems...very ho prices for good the rest is all great
