Azul has become the new Avianca and Copa, they are using Airbus with very uncomfortable seats, no more Azul

During boarding the company said that the plane didn’t have enough space and required to dispatch any luggage. But in reality the plane was with a lot of luggage space in the overhead bins. So it just took a lot of additional al time, specially considering that it took around 30m for the luggage to arrive in the retrieval belt in the airport.
Tight and not so comfortable business class seats . Crew below average. Very formal, no smiles, and kind of confused when serving meals. AZUL used to be much better on all above subjects. That's is what monopoly does to its customers.
When you buy your ticket, there is a message for a free cabin luggage and a bag. While boarding, they push you to dispatch you hand luggage. When you enter in the plane, you realize that the place to accommodate the hand luggage is empty. In the arriving, you take a long time waiting for your hand luggage which should fly in the cabin.
No entertainment available on this flight. Only crackers and juice were served too.
Pontualidade continua sendo o ponto forte da Azul. Quando ela não desmarca o vôo, é claro. Na ida foi tudo bonitinho: tv, wi-fi... Na volta eqtos não funcionavam. Importante é chegar bem.
Por cinco minutos (55 min antes da decolagem) fui impedido de entregar a bagagem pois o check-in estava "finalizado ". Tive que ir de Viracopos para Congonhas. Após embarcar aguardamos por mais de uma hora de atraso para decolar, ao inves de chegar às 9h, cheguei às 16h no RJ, perdendo o evento que era às 15h.
Não teve viagem alguma, a 123 milhas faliu e eu desisti da viagem.
Very long delay but we just made the connection. The requested wheel chairs were not there so I had to assist/carry BOTH of my parents to the gate while carrying their bags so we could make the connection. The plane had no entertainment system and NO WIFI, legroom zero. Restrooms on ALL of flights were dirty and one restroom did not even work properly. I was surprised to see COPA like this since my flight with them in 2013 was incredible, the seats were amazing and the food options were spectacular. Of course, I see this kind of service on many airlines now, with services and hospitality at an all time low. The worse part of the trip was seeing my 90 year old parents go through hell on these flights and having to try and rush to a gate to make the next flight. Never again
It's the first time I couldn't check in online because they told me I had to call because there was a problem. Despite having called twice, I had to check in at the airport
Copa is one of the airlines with the best prices and super good service.
Copa definitely offers better service and price than other airlines.
Copa crew is almost never great in terms of service.
This airline doesn’t five and dime you for everything. I do think that a checked bag should be included in every fare.
This was my first time flying Copa but I'll definitely be back! Great service, professional agents, and delicious food for a fair price. Thanks for a great trip!
Copa performed as expected for the amount of money I was willing to spend for the flight; it wasn’t exceptional but it was not bad in any way either. The crew was good; friendly and straightforward. The food was airplane food, so no expectations there and the entertainment was lacking but that was my fault for owning an IPhone with a charging port that’s not compatible with the rest of the world. I’d fly Copa again.

As usual, the flight with normal legroom was not very comfortable, but the second flight was much better because we had paid for extra legroom. It was very nice to check our bags without an extra fee.
The Flight was delayed in 2,5 hours. 1 hour inside the airplane then we passangers were not allowed to receive food as the local regulariam determines (for delays bigger than 2 hours)
Four handbag storages were damaged and sealed, limiting the space to store our things in the plane.
Paper boarding passes needed, so you need to add the time at the kiosk or desk to get them at the airport
The sits were very hard and after an overnight flight my back was hurting. The food was very bad and poor quality, I was very hungry but I could not eat the food, I tried but the it was so bad , I don’t think my dog would have eaten it either. No kidding?!!! The Crew was lovely, the bathrooms were spacious and the entertainment was good. When I arrived in Madrid I was given the incorrect instructions by the woman who was at the desk for connecting flights information for LATAM airlines. Due to this I missed my flight and my luggage was lost. Consequently I had 3 passport checks and security checks in and out of Spain!!! The terminal T4 and terminal T4S are a different thing And they are very far apart. My flight was scheduled to exit at T4S and they send me to T4, I went to T4 they send me back to T4S and I had yo take a train and check in and out this time I was exhausted and wanted to cry. Eventually a crew member of LATAM felt compassion for me and saw my predicament, she said I had no time to go back to terminal T4 again so she rescheduled the flight. My baggage was lost and I had to go to try to find it at midnight. It was a real nightmare. Just thinking about it makes me angry. This Airport in Madrid is not easy to navigate, so please give people some real assistance and assurance. I SHOULD have not missed my flight There was plenty of time. It was miss information of people who don’t care, don’t read and don’t listen and unfortunately that is their job. Not happy at all
It was a long and boring flight with no entertainment and no meal only a drink and very bad bag of chips
Check-in was a total disaster, almos a full hour in the line
My experience it was okay but have many thinks to be better. For example the food, the comfort.

For bus boarding, group 1 should have been sent on a separate bus ahead of the general boarding. It would have been nice.

Gol has an interesting choice of words. When they say “priority access”, this means you’re boarding on the seventh or eighth group.
Great flight however unlike most airlines there is no WiFi and no power outlets. Overall good flight and would fly them again. Just make sure your devices have power and bring your own entertainment.
American rescheduled with GOL. An error was made that caused significant issues including nit being able to checkin not having assigned seats, not getting seats together, arriving late, and the crew made no attempt to help.
Well organized boarding, de- boarding from both ends of plane, friendly and helpful staff. Unfortunately the departure was 90 minutes late.
Obviously it would be better if we had screens available.

Very bad. Boarding was a caos and pick up luggage took more than an hour. There was no entertainment on board.
La aeronave estaba averiada, 4 horas adentro con diferentes problemas técnicos pero igual querían volar.
They are a mess. It appears they hired a third party to staff their check in desk and simply did not train them. I will avoid flying with them in the future. It took 50 minutes for them to check in 3 parties on front of us. On the way back. It took just under one hour for our luggage to show up...
Overall good. Tight connection in DFW because of gate unavailability upon landing.

After multiple delays (I lost count), the flight was canceled due to a "maintenance issue". So instead of a direct flight arriving at 5:00, I had to take a flight connecting through Chicago. That flight was also delayed, partially because the plane from the cancelled flight hadnt been removed from the gate and there was nowhere for the other plane to park. (Did nobody think this might be an issue during the hours after that flight was canceled?) The connecting flight out of Chicago was delayed as well. I didn't arrive until 12:30am the next morning. I should have just cancelled the trip. It wasn't worth the hassle and stress.
My flight was delayed four hours without explanation. Gate crew seem to avoid interactions with passengers and we’re not in attendance until flight finally boarded
It was a good regional flight. Bring your own iPad or iPhone to connect to the plane's wifi for movies. There were just some cookies for a snack. The plane is parked on the tarmac and you'll take a bus to the plane, and carry your carry-on up the steps to the plane. Sao Paulo is the country's main airport. I wouldn't expect to be taking a bus and walking up steps to the airplane at the main airport. The plane was a modern 737 Max 8 and comfortable and clean.
Took off over an hour late with multiple mechanical issues. Gate agent in Dallas was lazy and was slow as molasses. Had a line 10 people long. Spirit bad..
