Excellent on-time flight. Check-in was smooth and they changed to emergency seats with no problem. The only issue was that adding my AA frequent flyer at check-in was impossible.

The airport was changed, just a few hours before departure, which was located almost an hour apart. Going through security was pretty fast, but then the airport does not allow them to use the walk on sleeve for some reason, perhaps because it is not a national airline. They make you huddle into an area, board onto a packed bus, drive you to the airplane on the tarmac, and then you have to carry your carry-on luggage up Rickety metal steps to get onto the plane. The flight was fine. It is relatively short. There is no entertainment and anything that you want to drink or eat you have to pay for with cash on board. They need to allow these airlines to use the walk on sleeve, which was empty and available right next to our airplane. Perhaps it’s a political battle.
The flight attendant was very helpful my husband and I were not seated together and she was able to get us seats together

Gol has an interesting choice of words. When they say “priority access”, this means you’re boarding on the seventh or eighth group.
Great flight however unlike most airlines there is no WiFi and no power outlets. Overall good flight and would fly them again. Just make sure your devices have power and bring your own entertainment.
American rescheduled with GOL. An error was made that caused significant issues including nit being able to checkin not having assigned seats, not getting seats together, arriving late, and the crew made no attempt to help.
Well organized boarding, de- boarding from both ends of plane, friendly and helpful staff. Unfortunately the departure was 90 minutes late.
Obviously it would be better if we had screens available.

They are a mess. It appears they hired a third party to staff their check in desk and simply did not train them. I will avoid flying with them in the future. It took 50 minutes for them to check in 3 parties on front of us. On the way back. It took just under one hour for our luggage to show up...
Flight was ok, but online checkin did not work, so had to go to ticket counter. The line was long and attendant did not arrive until 2 hr before boarding. She was very efficient, but the uncertainties was troubling.
I am 70 with carry on bag. Was told to go down two flights of stairs the had to climb stairs at rear of plane. Skywalk to front of plane was not offered. I was in row 26

Flight was on time. The half sandwich offered doesn’t compare to the full meal offered by Egyptair. With BA there is no entertainment whilst on the Egyptair flight you get to choose form a range of movies and the flight map which I quite enjoy.
Flight delay of 4 1/2 hours with no reason for over 3 hours. Missed our connection in Rome & had to pay for an additional flight.
Tv screen didn’t work asked twice and never got an answer. 10 1/2 hrs no entertainment screen
Flight cancelled! Rebooked by circuitous routing although there were seats available on other nonstop flights.
Aviianca was ok but that was not my original flight I boooked. I was moved there a few hours before boarding and the flight landed at a different airport from my connecting flight. I had to take a very expensive cab over 150 pounds to comnect.
No entertainment system, but it is a short flight so that is not a big deal.
One of the worse flights. Departure was delayed by an hour. Boarding was disorganized. It was freezing on the plane. The crew was not very helpful. One of the flight attendants was literally marinated in some awful perfume,. And the food was uneatable, both dinner and breakfast.
There was no entertainment but everyone just used their phones.
The app told us that carry on luggage was included but we were made to pay for it again at the check in counter, making it a very expensive flight. Not happy
I was charged 168 soles for kids stroller. We have travelled across the world and have never charged for the stroller. Horrific airlines and the staff was extremely rude. They wouldn’t let us board unless we pay the extra baggage cost. Never ever flying this airline and I would recommend the same for the others.
Avoid this airline. They are unprofessional. The captain left several passengers on ground due to covid restrictions which were never communicated. As a chilean, I am ashamed that this low level airline comes from my country. Remember this horrible brand and avoid it... Jetsmart

I was impressed with Flybondi. The crew at the check-in desk prioritized passengers leaving on the next flights. They were friendly and helpful and spoke English. They helped me to change my ticket to an earlier flight without imposing punitive charges. The baggage fees are extremely reasonable. I would fly them again, and recommend it.

FlyBondi canceled my flight a week in advance for no reason. It was the start of the winter holiday season in Argentina so there was no availability on any airline that day. I was able to find a flight out on a different airline the next day for much more than I'd paid FlyBondi. When I arrived in Salta, I mentioned the story to the car rental guy at the airport and he shrugged and said "FlyBondi? They're a very unreliable airline"
I have traveled with low cost carriers and they have generally been OK, especially considering the cost advantage. Flybondi is terrible. I flew twice (Buenos Aires-Iguazu and RIo-Iguazu). Boarding was like herding cattle. No regard for tired passengers. Staff was rude, always telling travelers what they could *not* do, hardly ever helpful. In my first flight the air flow on top of the seats did not work and the whole airplane had a bad smell (because of that?). The space between rows of seats was the smallest I ever experience. It did not help that the seat did not recline. Second flight had a very bumpy takeoff and even more bumpy landing (or whatever is the opposite of smooth - abrupt?). On the return (3 and 1/2) ride they did not even offer food or drinks for a price (as they did on the first). You had to go to the back of the plane and request a cup of water if you wanted to drink anything. In sum, they reminded you every moment that this was not supposed to be a regular (pleasant) flight experience. Avoid it as much as possible.

Extreme budget airline. Boarded one hour before flight to sit in a steaming hot plane with no ventilation or a/c. Seats extremely tight. No food or beverage offered during flight.
The truth is that everything turned out perfect very well.
