LAX to Copenhagen was very nice…business class…great service and comfortable seats…great value…Copehagen to Barcelona…business class was normal coach seating…a little cramped…box meal….good service

Had recurring problems with the touch-screen entertainment system repeatedly making up inputs, resulting in the movies randomly jumping forward and backward. With the lack of proper controls, it was also difficult to get back to where the movie was up to. These phantom inputs were so comprehensive that the system even changed the language setting. Despite a schedule 6.25pm boarding time, it was announced in the Delta lounge at 6.15pm that boarding for the flight had started, so of course everything started to head down. While the gate continued to show a scheduled boarding of 6.25pm, it was 6.32pm before boarding actually started. No, not significantly different, and we ultimately ended up landing well before time (and landing time is arguably more important than exactly when boarding starts). Seat comfort was fine, although only a small nook for personal items, food was satisfying for me, and crew was pleasant.

Staff was fine. But plane offers very few free services.

Entertainment system caused delay. But order was restored within one-hour into the flight. Service was good.

I did not go. I rebooked my ticket. Despite that you keep sending me emails and now this survey about a trip that you should know by now did not happen. Very bad, impersonal customer service. Shows you have no idea what's going on with your customers and that you're just spamming with automated, careless communications

It was my wife and me traveling together. We purchased more expensive Economy Plus tickets, but the seat selection was not available, although this was the main reason for buying the more expensive tickets. When I called SAS, I was told that the seats could be selected once check-in is open, i.e., 30 hrs. before departure. On the inbound flight, I could check in only the first leg (Boston-Copenhagen) but the system would not allow me to check in for the connecting Copenhagen-Split flight. On the return flight, I was not able to check in and, therefore, select two seats together at all. I even received an email from the SAS stating that the check-in was open but when I attempted to do it, the system would not allow it. Trying to get help by calling SAS customer service was no help at all. Although there are signs at Boston Logan Airport implying that there is a Scandinavian Airlines lounge, there is not one. We were sent to Delta Priority Lounge where we were told that it is for business class passengers only, although the terms of Economy Plus state that the fare includes access to a lounge. The seats and the legroom were no different than standard economy cabin seats. On the flight to Copenhagen, my table was broken (not unfolding completely), so I had to hold the food tray with all the food in one hand while trying to eat with another. Overall, it was definitely not worth it paying for the Economy Plus tickets. Based on my overall experience, it is very unlikely that I will consider flying SAS in the future.

Pilot made us late 45 minutes with no explanation, missed our connection, they didn’t care

The flights from EWR to Stockholm and from Copenhagen to JFK were great. Love everything from SAS

It was a rather short flight. The meal given was a sandwich which did not look appealing at all. Unlike other European airlines, SAS did not leave the middle seat empty for the higher fare paying customers. Luckily since the flight was light, I could move to another row with no other passenger.

When we arrived in Bergen and opened our suitcases, we were shocked! We checked 2 of 3 suitcases and the contents of these 2 suitcases was completely wet!!! It was raining in Oslo and Bergen, but not a hard rain. It seems that someone had gone through our suitcases. There was even sand in the suitcase such that everything had to be laundered when we got to Bergen! We had plastic bags in our suitcases and they had been opened and the interiors of the bags were wet!!! Our valuables were all in our carry-on so nothing was actually stolen. What happened here was unacceptable! There is someone working for Scandinavian Airlines who is not honest and really messed things up for us. Not so sure I would fly SAS again… Marna Skaar

Never took flight. See previous comment on trip from Boston to Reykjavik. Used a different airline that i had to find and book.

The flight was on time and the crew was nice. I did not like the fact that my husband and I were seated in different rows. I feel pressured by airlines to pay more to choose our seats. We will sit anywhere, but we shouldn't have to pay to sit together. I also think they should serve at least a snack that's free.

One of the worst airlines I ever flew. Boarding is a disaster, they are always late, the planes are overly crowded. Everyone on my flight lost their connection because they were 2h late. Reykjavik is also not the best airport out there.

My only area of issue was the flight was rather warm and the knobs for cool air didn't allow much cool air to come through. Everything else was great.

Been travelling for 2mo. And when you meet flight Attendants that love their jobs you can just tell. And makes flying with them worth another flight in the future!!

Good, but I feel there should be a separate boarding line for seniors

Easy check in and boarding. Staff pleasant and helpful. Will continue to fly with Iceland air. Aircraft clean

Plane left an hour late and missed our connecting flight. Your service center was closed ao Alaska Airlines could not change the ticket. Thus we missed the chance to get out that night to San Jose. This is a major operational blunder.

never seen an international flight , over 5 hours that had no food provided. we flew from iceland to vancouver, no food, no even a snack. For entertainment you had to buy the headphones which are normally also provided for free on any other airlines.

Flight was delayed. They did a terrible job rebooking me. Agent on the ground was useless. The partner airline who ran the plane was able to help me but Iceland air was useless

Was very good Staff was great. No tv monitors tho. So long flights make it longer

The worst. No free beverages. No entertainment on an overseas flight. Not enough space. Never again.

Play is affordable! Only way we fly from the states to Europe. Left late but arrived on time

have screens on backs of chairs...offer free snacks and water

Boarding and crew was great. Flight was cold, need layers. Deplaning was hard. We had to take stairs off the plane and I was separated from my travel companion because we were not seated together and they would not let him wait for me to get off so we were forced onto different shuttles.

Check in and boarding was easy, crew was cheerful. Not much to read or do on the plane and our neighboring passengers were talking loudly so we could not sleep. But overall good. Great coffee.

Flyplay is the only way I travel to Europe. Had a 15 hr layover in Iceland. Normally this would suck, but I regret a car and saw the black sand beaches, several waterfalls and sky lagoon. And finished with lamb at cafe Loki.

did not get the seats we had specially paid for

This is a no frills airline. You cant expect much for the price. Low cost flight, clean, nice staff. That's all I need for the price. If you want more, book with another airline and pay more. For Europe trips, PLAY is the ONLY airline I use

Misleading instructions for check in. Although I did virtual check in and was instructed to head to security, once I was at security, they told me to go back to Play ticket counter and get paper tickets. Also, beware that Play doesn’t participate in TSA PreCheck. I didn’t know that, despite entering PreCheck info when I purchased the tickets. I wasted time in the TSA PreCheck line as well. So we had two setbacks at check in.
