The WiFi has been awful on my last few Delta Air Lines flights.
Flight heavily delayed. No food available despite purchasing an upgrade. No in cabin service.
Forced to check my bag which fit in carry on, boarded and then sat for over an hour waiting to take off with no explanation.
I liked the screens in the seat headrest with movies to watch. I didn’t like being forced to check my carryon bag and being told there wasn’t room for my bag - when there were 5 bins sitting empty on takeoff. I didn’t like the “I don’t give a fig” attitude of the flight attendants and the delta gate attendants when I asked why they decided to put me out. They gave me a 1800 number to call but I can’t get a live person on the phone. Customer service is non existent. My business must not be that important to them.
We splurged and decided to fly first class. Seats were roomy. But flight crew arrived late to the airport. That delayed our flight. Most of the passengers had to try to make connections flights. I felt bad for them. We checked 4 bags. We got three from the baggage claim carousel. 4th one was lost. Delta online help wasn’t good. Baggage claim staff were sympathetic and nice but we waited around for almost 2 hours and it had t been found. They did find it several hours later and we had to drive back to airport to retrieve it. I won’t be splurging on 1st. Lass again anytime soon. I think we got worse service. I am also not a huge fan of delta but we have family in ATL so we don’t have a ton of choice. What should have been an easy flight turned into a stressful event due to flight crew tardiness and baggage mishandling.
Food TERRIBLE! In First Class- so bad - why was it so much better 20-30 years ago? Comfort-awful-would rather have the old, plush First Class seats than the new hard - too short seats in the new pods -would advise avoiding Delta for any International Flights.
Did not get a vegetarian option in 1st class and the video was not working.
Older plane and it came with Fleas and flea bites!
Flight was delayed due to needing a replacement flight crew. Delta changed the aircraft type in Detroit. One hour delay. But once in the air, good flight

Horrible. I have been trying to speak to a representative to know why I was over charged but I get redirected to AI Vianca everytime with no results. Is there an agency that oversees airline gouging? I will never fly or recommend Avianca to anyone not that you care.
Almost we lost our connection from Bogota to Aruba 🥴 Because we get out late from the plane of Medellin
They charged for WATER on a SIX hour flight!! never again!

Flight delayed by an hour and 5 mnts, missed my connection from Ccs to porlamar, had to stay over night hotel cost and new tickets.

More than 3 hours of delay and not even a snack was given.
GOL made the flight experience a true delight. Everything was smooth, from the check in process, to the disembarking moment.
The inflight entertainment did not work on a 6 hour flight The cel phone chargers did not work There was a 45 minute wait for the luggage to get off the plane.
