I paid for the service of having the right to choose my seat and it was not like that, they put me where they wanted and I explained to one of the staff that they were before boarding and they were very rude. I am traveling with the family and they put us in separate seats.

Great! I love Jet Blue. My favorite airline! Very efficient, clean and timely.

Safe and on time were the positives. The plane wasn't cleaned before boarding, there was garbage and food on the floor and in the seat pocket. The TV screen was small and the picture fuzzy, audio quality was poor. Seatbelt was fraying and seat did not recline properly. No charging ports near the seats,

I had back trouble prior to my flight and everyone was great about helping me.

40 minute delay before take off after boarding flight. Bright lights throughout night flight due Issues with light panels. In flight Entertainment nonfunctional

Jet Blue keeps getting iit wrong. 4 hour mechanical delay followed by terrible boarding experience. This is my third horrific jet blue flight in 2024. I am going to try to avoid this loser in the sky

Another horrible Jet Blue experience. This airline has suffered the biggest decline of all from best to worst. TVs didn’t work (again). internet was temperamental. Boarded late and couldn’t get organized to serve snacks.

Good, just some of the staffs have such a bad attitude.

I loved the wifi, much better than Delta. Seats were old. and bathrooms dingy.

They need to improve their boarding process. Group 1 and/or paying first class passengers shouldn't be in the middle of boarding process

Waited for our plane from HNL so we didn't miss connection. AMAZING Service for that, then really clean plane. Nice airline attendants.

Good plane, crew, and flight. Boarding was a bit chaotic. Bathrooms were unacceptable. United DESPERATELY needs a new terminal at IAD.

As usual, United scheduling is completely misleading. A 54-minute layover at O’Hare is too short to make a lot of connections, especially since the flight landed “on time” but had to wait on the taxiway 15 minutes for a gate to open up. Then it takes another 10 minutes to exit the plane before one can run to another concourse to catch a connecting flight.

Air conditioning in the plane wasn’t working at boarding, this resulted in a delayed departure whilst they addressed the situation. The cabin was uncomfortably hot.

Short and everyone communicated with me about the changes every step of the way.

Didn't make it dir to delays - no support from United staff

Brutal delay of 24 hours on first floight the 3 hours in Chicago . Tiny seats , screaming child behind me kicking the seat … couldn’t be worse

Was a good flight , well served by the flight attendants. Boarding went smoothly, flight was smooth.

Terrible Initial delay for almost an hour before boarding and departing in Seattle. Then a “customary” wait on the tarmac in Newark after landing for half an hour. I call it customary because it happens almost every time I land in Newark. I do t know if it’s Newark or United airline but it’s a travesty . I use Newark because it’s closer than jfk to where I live but am strongly considering switching because of extremely poor in time performance and Condé and delay after landing

Even though there was space, they made me check out my luggage. It was very annoying. That’s the reason I bring a carry on so that I don’t have to check out my luggage!!!!

Fantastic. I am low vision and was impressed with how helpful and accommodating the service tam was. It was super appreciated! I was pleasantly surprised about how delicious the food was. Like, “I wish I had more even though I’m no longer hungry” delicious. 100% enjoyable trip.

Canceled flight for unknown reason after numerous delays and only available flight was the following day yet no compensation. No weather problem. Then had to fill out form to get refund. American used to be a quality airline - no more, very sad!

Boarding was disorganized and delayed because they overbooked and wanted people to give up seats then further delayed due to an issue with the plane. They did not load my bag and it took a day for them to return it. Flight attendant was lovely and the only positive thing about this trip.

28 hour delay at Fort Worth/Dallas airport, part due to weather which was unavoidable, but various other reasons - no pilot, no fa, mechanical problem, plane too small, too big, crew out of flying time, seat configuration problems.... endless and hourly updates with a different excuse. Finally told us about 3.00 am, that the flight was delayed to hours later.

Flight was delayed 8 hours so far. Don’t expect to fly when choosing Spirit Airlines. I will happily pay more to never deal with this company again.

Paid for everything up front, Phila to Punta Cana no issues. Way back I was in line and they forced me to pay $100 per bag when I had bags paid!

You get what you pay for, but those tickets weren't cheap, so I expected better, but Spirit is just one of those airlines.

Traveling on Spirit Airlines was awful. It was by far the worst airline we ever traveled on. There is no food service at all unless you paid for it. Even a cuppa coffee or a water was $5 . I’ve never been in a seat so close to the one in front of me. There was literally 10-12 inches from my face to the seat back in front of me. We actually all had to laugh at the size of the tray table. Never see a tray table so small, and I don’t even see the point of it. By booking through Spirit, but after I paid for checked luggage, water, coffee, I would’ve been better off going with our usual airline where everything was included. It actually would’ve been cheaper and way more comfortable. We joked that we were actually surprised they didn’t give us tokens just to use the bathroom. My daughter even knows she would never travel on Spirit again, and she’s not high maintenance at all. Aweful

We had a 3 hour delay then no one could find the baggage carousel. So little inconveniences that took up lots of time. I was also separated from the rest of my family because there was a minor who needed supervision.

You plan your itineraries too closely together. My Albuquerque flight to Las Vegas was delayed by 45 minutes. Upon arriving in Las Vegas I missed my flight to Portland by 5 minutes, doors closed on a group of us!! Then another delay in Las Vegas from 10:11 schedule to 11:35 pm departure. Arrived in Portland @ 2:40 am. Had to take Uber to get to my sister’s house. On the other hand your crew members were friendly and professional. PLEASE IMPROVE YOUR FLIGHT PLANS AND BE RESPONSIVE TO YOUR CUSTOMERS NEEDS!!!!

The bag drop process took longer than other airlines. The boarding and crew were good. The seats do not recline and have minimal padding. The snacks/drinks are for purchase only. The flight was on time with no issues. I would fly them again if the cost was significantly less.

Flight was 3 hours late leaving. Poor communication from the staff about delays. Impossible to get in touch with customer service (by design). And it actually didn't come out to be much cheaper than a non-budget airline! Not worth the headache, I'm never flying Frontier again

Connecting from an international flight in Miami was horrible. We had to take check luggage on the way out go to the frontier counter and there was no one there to receive it for our domestic connecting flight we almost missed the flight because they had no Personnel on site

Frontier charged me $25 to check in to a flight by any method other than downloading their 'app', then charged me $79 to check one bag. They also would have charged for even small snacks or drinks. I will avoid them in the future if i can.
